I went in on a rainy day and ordered a simple burger. The MOD, Joan, was a very pleasant person and everyone else on staff were also very pleasant. One of the workers was willing to recommend something to me when I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted, and the bathrooms and the store itself looked very clean. The seasoning on the fries were plain addictive, and the burger was very messy but also incredibly delicious, and generally, I just don't regret any part of my visit today. Thanks, Joan and the other ladies working there with you!
My problem is I used app but no one knows how to apply the coupons the restaurant offers. So I lost $1.20
This needs to be addressed that you can utilized the coupons when using your mobile app as well.
These employees I think are honestly truly trying they may never get it though who knows😄
This is the greatest Hardee's ever. I have been all over the nation and even Carl's Jr. I often get Breakfast for the family on Northampton and they are the worst with awful staff and zero customer respect. Mercedes at the drive thru made this Hardee's our family stop for Breakfast. It is further from Chic's Beach for us but they are polite and caring. They told us specials and were all around friendly. If Mercedes isnt a Manager, she should be. Or the Northampton location should have their Managers shadow Mercedes to learn the proper way. I cant say enough nice things. Wonderful experience! Great Job!
We went right after church. There weren't that many people inside, but the drive-thru line was busy.our friends were one order in front of us and by the time we got our meal they were already done eating. Inside service was extremely slow. But, the biscuits and gravy are always delicious. Give it five stars for the food and three stars for the service
This particular Hardee's is probably my favorite in the area. The employees always take pride in their work and it shows. The food is never disappointing and the service always comes with a friendly face and the atmosphere is pleasant. Its conveniently located in one of the best shopping centers and right next to a Dunkin' Donuts and a 7-11. This Hardee's really does have it all. Two thumbs up. I don't mind driving out of my way to get here
Cleanest Hardee's I've been to in a while. It was super busy @ 1pm, but food was fresh hot, and when I went to the restroom I was pleasantly surprised to see the floors as clean as the restaurant considering it was lunch rush. Enjoy!
I go there in the morning sometimes because it is real close to my house. The staff in the morning move fast for the drive through. During the late day to the evening if you order chicken you are waiting granted it is fresh so i don't mind alot of times.
