My food is always delicious. The fries are cooked to perfection. The fish sandwich is cooked fresh hot it moist and the buns are steam. The apple pies are fresh and hot. I passed two other McDonald's to go this one.
9/16/23-Came right before closing and Jayale ( I'll find my receipt to fix your name-sorry) gave the best costumer service and food was super fresh! I spoke with the manager to even compliment how great from start to finish service was.
Not to the fault of the employees as they were doing their best but being a Saturday morning they were obviously understaffed. Manager was very accommodating and apologetic. Seems that for the price of a $30 breakfast the owner could better manage having staffing to cover busier shifts
Placed an order in the app. They were out of ice coffee that I ordered and they replaced them with frapps after asking if that was ok. I was pleasantly surprised! They were really kind about it and quick. Eli was the manager on duty. I will be back!
I love the whole MORNING CREW!!! THEY always get me right in the mornings. (I go every morning). It's sad. Lol. Kempsville rd n Centerville turnpike. Andrew n his crew r the beat morning workers.
Had Great service from Ms. Zarria and her crew. Very pleasant, Approachable, and Very Service oriented. My receipt did not print but she said she had it taken care of and She also noticed my Drink carrier was rather flimsy( 3 large drinks) and she helped me by doubling it up to strengthen it. Was able to chat with her about the kiosk interior setup as well. Ordered 2 Large 10 piece chicken nugget meals and a mocha Frappe. Meals were Hot and Fresh. Best Mickie D's experience in a long time. Thank you again Ms. Zarria.
Food took a little time, but was fresh. Ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit and a small Iced Mocha Frappe on 7/12/2023 around 9:40 A.M. Drive thru was busy, so ordering on the app or kiosk is a must.
I like eating ther .Thats the only McDonald's weher the Employees are so friendly, and awesome. I will definitely come back too enjoy my self, whit that good Food ,and friendly atmosphere 😋 😀 😊 😉 😄.
No straws and they never came back with any when they said they would. No smiles and they moved very slow

Friendly staff and quick service. Wait is usually not bad unless they are super busy which is to be expected and they cannot be blamed for that.
This by far is one of the best McDonalds I have ever been to. Staff is very professional and helpful. Never find it busy and of all the McDonald’s in the area it is the cleanest!! You know a place is clean when your feet don’t stick to the floor!
Hit drive-thru around dinner time so understandably there was a line. It moved fairly quickly so that was nice at least. Ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and everything was fine except the burger was oozing ketchup. I ended up getting ketchup all over myself trying to clean it up. I ended up throwing it away because it was just way too messy and overpowered by ketchup.
I had a great experience with ordering breakfast at this McDonalds branch. The Drive Thru lady, Trish, was cheerful and very attentive. I was going to review using the receipt survey code, but unfortunately, it didnt go work.
