This particular Chick-fil-A is amazing! The staff from the manager down to the people cleaning the tables are all very friendly very courteous and care about their job and how they do their job! That is a sign of a good manager! I will recommend this particular location to all my family and all my friends! Job well done!

The food is always delicious, fresh, and hot, and the service is always above and beyond the typical fast-food experience. I understand that due to the facility being a drive-thru-only place, they can't possibly house every single item (e.g., breakfast scramble, frosted lemonade); however, everything that they DO carry is always served fresh and with a smile.
The food was fresh. Service was fast. Employees were polite and courteous. Excellent Customer service. Overall great experience.

This Chick Fil A is new and clean, and well run. Usually I drive through, but had the time to go inside this time. It was bright and friendly, clean and full of staff saying “My pleasure .” Perfect. I enjoyed the Market salad- something I cannot do while driving - and it was fresh and delicious. I always get the tea, of course, as it is the best drive thru tea available and the ice is my fav. Once again, Chick FionA for the win.
We had catering ordered. I walked in and waited to be greeted and asked for my name about 5 minutes. The bag they gave the food in ripped and almost spilled all my chicken nuggets. However the girl i asked her name but sorry forgot her name she was the sweetest and helped me to take the food out to the car.
I had not had the breakfast here yet, but it was absolutely delicious. The fruit was fresh, and the mini sandwiched were a really good breakfast option. The line went quickly, and the staff were friendly as expected from Chick-fil-A.
Food is delish. My granddaughter likes the mac&cheese. The dipping sauce tastes good on the waffle fries and the children sandwich.
Fast and kind! Food was good but by far the fastest line iv ever been in . I got in line a little early for lunch which starts approx. 10:30 but me thinking by the time it's my turn it will be 10:30! Well needless to say they were on to it they checked me out at 10:26 with my lunch and did not complain!! Just told once that I might have to wait when I get to the window, but that never happened either 😊

Inside was spotless, food was above the usual fare.
I did see a large cockroach outside, perhaps everything cannot be 100%.

This location never disappoints. Service is fast even when the drive-thru line is long. Here's a tip for those that don't know. Download the app, place your order and hop in thw drive thru. Voila..thank me later!!
Love the food! Also, when I use their drive thru (and my fur baby is constantly barking), I truly appreciate that none of the food servers who are taking my order complains...MUCH THANKS🥰😀
The customer service was professional and friendly, our order came to us in a timely manner, and the kids play ground was clean and we could keep an eye on the kids while they played.

There is a few times I have came here and chicken was a bit under cooked and had a little bit of blood in it but that was only like two times so overall I really like this Chick-fil-A. This is the main one that I usually come to.
Pleasant, but uber expensive (worth it), and the wait time is incredibly long at lunch or dinner. So, very popular ! Turn left on Kellam if you are coming from Norfolk on the blvd, there is a way to enter there as you go past the Chartway bank.
We liked the food and price so much we went back for lunch again the next day!
Everything you expect from Chick-fil-A. Friendly service, immaculately clean dining areas. The chicken was great, and even the fruit cup was fresh.
