This BK franchise goes above and beyond in every aspect. Food is always hot and fresh, AND it looks great. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The Staff is absolutely great- they check on their guests often and greet us at the door. I don't eat at any other BK in the area. When I do decide to have a whopper, this is the place I go to every time. Keep up the great work.
Besides the usual reasons why you love fast food - fast service, good hot food. The customer service was great. The person helping me really went out of his way to try to find best price for the food by downloading the Burger King app and looking for coupons. Definitely recommend this Burger King.
Best fresh whopper n fries I have had in quite a while! Even greeted with a very polite inviting smile when we entered the restraunt. I've always hated that greeting when you walk in the door.... may I take your order? Just a warm welcome smile, Hi how are you... was very refreshing. Tried the Impossible Whopper today and wasn't impressed. Not enough "Flamed Broiled" taste, very dry and not warm enough. While this Burger King was very quick, polite etc the burger wasn't the best and the food could have been warmer.
Absolutely the best service! Crystal was a delight, polite and respectful! She is definitely an asset to this BK! Restaurant was very clean and tidy. Food came out perfect and made to order. Thank you BK for stepping it up!
Great food for a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean and pleasant. Orders are quick and correct. We eat there every week as do different family members and we have never been disappointed.
This Burger King is very clean, modern looking, and has an attractive and comfortable outdoor seating area. It's like an "upscale" BK in many ways. Service was friendly and the food was made very well (compared to other BK locations I've been to). My favorite BK in Hampton Roads now!
The burger king at redmill commons is by far the best around. Everyone there is friendly. John and cezar the managers are always nice friendly and helpful. They always takes care of me and my family. Diana a cashier there is just as nice and is really good to all the customers. Can't say one bad thing about this restaurant.
I have been eating at Burger Kings around the country for over 30 years... This is hands down the absolute best experience I've EVER had with a Burger King. I have NEVER had a crossaint as well prepared and made to taste as good as theirs. I was so impressed I called the store to compliment the cooks and also on how well the drive thru guy conducted himself. Turns out Jon in the drive thru was also the store manager. He said to me, blew my mind... Our team is filled with love and we love each other, what we do and out customers. Corporate Birger King needs to let Jon help them turn things around... Best Burger King in America!
This was the better of the two Burger Kings in the area. The other being overpriced, with bad service and bad food. I say was because this one is now closed. Hope you heed this. It was closed because of Northam and his power hungry pandemic regulations. I did not choose to sacrifice my freedom in choosing this BK as a customer for the security of "most likely" not getting covid. It was chosen for me.
I'm going to say 4 of 5, the staff is always friendly and the bathroom and dining area are clean. Thank you. Love your fruit trees out on the patio.
Good food, excellent service and great value. Didn't even have to take my tray to trash as employees approached as I finished meal. Much better food and service than nearby Red Robin.
