Chick-fil-a - Waco - Photo album

I’ve had great experiences with this Chickfila up until tonight. I picked up my order and halfway through eating my mac & cheese, I found a long black hair in it. I have blonde hair. I’m disgusted and nauseous.

I know a lot of people try to politicize everything, let’s just leave it out and focus on the customer service and the food. Adequate parking, clean lot. No wait to order. 3 adults & 2 toddlers. Staff friendly & welcoming, offered & set up high chair. Food was hot when served. 😋

The food was good, but a drivethrough attendant lied to be about an items unavailability. I was told the frozen strawberry lemonade was not a menu option and I've had it a couple times. When I asked the person who gave my food to me they said it was an option and could've currently been ordered.

The Manager (?) stopped by our table and was very friendly as he discussed their status as a trial location for the spicy chicken strips. The staff at the counter was extra nice. And they had all their original, pre-COVID extras (napkins, Mayo, ketchup, etc) sitting out for the customers instead of

Worst Chick-fil-a in Waco. When it rains the line is as slow as McDonald’s and I’ve seen other Chick-fil-A’s have a speedy line no matter the weather. They forget sauces and napkins pretty much every time, and I always have to correct either my food or drinks when they hand them to me.

Customer service is severely lacking at this location. They didn't say the usual "my pleasure" when I thanked them for my order, and when I let them know the person taking orders in the drive through didn't listen to me about wanting Chick-fil-A sauce and not buffalo sauce after I corrected her and

I believe this is the best Chick Fil A location I have ever been to! From customer service and the quality and care for the food all the way down to the cleanliness of the restaurant, David Sykora and his team are doing it right!
