Staff was super friendly and informative! Helped me make my sandwich and told me what came on it as I’ve never ordered here before. The spicy peppers are the bomb! My sandwich was ready as soon as my card went through the scanner. Amazing team, will be returning.

Store was incredibly dirty, and one of the employees had two children running amok, so sitting down to enjoy my food wasn't an option due to them being all over the store and them having multiple tables with various items on them. In addition, this location seem to be not as clean as other location

My husband went in to order, came home and both orders were completely wrong. I called twice to see if they could do anything about it or at least refund us. She denied with attitude, and when I asked to speak to a manager, all she said was I’m not the manager with extreme attitude. She was very rud

I walked in and the big guy with sagging pants looked at me and kept making a sandwich for about 10 min before he finally asked to take my order, and acted like he didn't know i wanted to order. Finally got a dry sandwich that seemed light on toppings 30 min after getting there.

In Houston I spend a bundle. But here in Waco they will not deliver to the East side. The one that was in Bellmead closed only one left a bomber. Have no idea why The one on the Eastside didn't deliver to us at one mile away. Sorry customer service.

It's freaky fast clean and most of all the people there are nice and helpful and the food was excellent

For sure the best sub sandwich. I always get the club which has the highest calories
