Jim Cortez deserves Employee of the Month more than once a year. He and the staff at Pizza Hut near Baylor University are outstanding in their professionalism, attention to details, and making sure the customers have a positive experience from their visit to this strategically placed restaurant along I-35 in Waco.

Me and my family stopped here for the first time today after visiting the Cameron Park Zoo. The restaurant was clean and inviting; the staff was great and the restrooms were very clean. The pizza and wings we ordered were delicious and came out quicker than I thought it would take. My kids enjoyed the game room; my daughter especially enjoyed the coin operated horse ride. We will definitely be coming to eat here when we visit Waco again!�
Very friendly staff. Pizza was good,but of course it's pizza hut. Don't get confused about the 10.00 3 topping pizza. That's only if you pick it up. If delivered they add a 3.00 charge and of course you can tip delivery driver.
Lookslike a takeout only place not inviting as the old location, other than that, the pizza was good, Greeting's none, order, couldn't say upfront, we only run the pizza threw one time, when I ask if they could run twice before I ordered? So it wouldn't be soggy, I only got the answer when my order was ready and paid for hmm, end result thumbs up, also for the one and only take out guy that day of , I hope you got some help keep your head up.
Just found out you were in my area. The food was fresh 😋. Service was awesome. But the store was a mess, Personal stuff was set on the tables and chairs. No were to sit so I sat in my car. I rate this visit a 7.
