This was first time I've been here in many many years maybe about 15 . It was very clean I was very impressed fast service will definitely come again if in the area. Don't live this area but was doing errands decided get coffee and sandwich
The Starbucks at the Waianae mall is no longer alone. Welcome to the new addition.
It's a drive-thru and a walk-up. I don't think I've ever been to a walk-up only Starbucks before. No inside seating. No bathroom.
The outside is nice with some seats. Covered with trestles(I think?). I hope they get some plants on those eventually.
Experience? Fantastic. It's Starbucks. I love the coffee. The guy who helped me was super nice and the drink was delicious. And... this Starbucks has gotta have one of the best views of any Starbucks on the planet!
I came on 05/12/23 at exactly 7:45am and this place was PACKED. Roughly 30-40 people waiting for orders and more orders obviously flowing in with the amount of foot traffic moving through. There was a 25 min wait because of how many orders they were getting.
I had no problem waiting. But something I noticed, EVERY single one of the staff members was working as fast as they could, the atmosphere was efficient and intense. They were moving as fast as I've seen anyone work. Every single staff member was kind courteous and apologetic of the wait to the ten's of people flowing in seemingly every 5 minutes but still moving insanely fast to get all of our orders done.
I've never seen so many people in a coffee shop, it was like ALL of Waianae wanted coffee this morning😂
Thank you to each and every one of you for the hard work and seriously mad props to this whole team, everyone coming through for their coffee was obviously incredibly grateful and understanding for the team and how clearly they were communicating to everyone and how cool headed all of them were. Thank you guys, I don't write reviews often but this was impressive 💪 keep it up!
Also the fastest and most efficient I've seen a lineup of people prepare coffees, it was really cool to watch!

Great location for Ma’Ili, Waianae and Makaha. Great place to grab a mixed coffee drink when running errands to Longs, City Mill or American Savings bank I feel the mixed drinks are better than the straight coffee and worth the extra price. This location is open during these covid times for take out only. During regular times the dine in area seems to be a little smaller. Service has always been fast and efficient. Never an issue with parking.
I only had a great cup of coffee.
Starbucks are a reference in the united states but not only for those who want to taste a good coffee or have some good drinks..... visiting various points on the island of o'hau.. they all seem not very cared for... it will be l 'influence of the place..however the drinks that you can buy meet the standard of Srarbuchs... Sweets are less present in these outlets..

Awesome location; super close to my home. Wasn't busy, which was AMAZING! I could get in and out fast. The staff was incredible. I even got a little lesson on how to use my Starbucks Card through the app on my phone in person... lol! It was nice to have someone show me that was cool about it so I didn't keep avoiding trying it out out of embarrassment :D
Starbucks in Nanakuli is a great place to drive thru to get your drink fix!! This location is always busy, but they make your order and send you on your way.
My favorites are Strawberry 🍓 Refresher and Peach Green Tea.
