We had an early dinner at Spago. We ordered Duck and Red Curry. I will start with positive. The service is 1st class. Our waiter took really good care of us. The Seafood Curry dish was delicious. Many flavors.
The duck was the special of the day but was underwhelming. We didn’t understand the serving style of it with lettuce and Udon noodles.
Amazing as usual. This review is long over due. We love this restaurant. Service is top notch always. View are insane. Always love coming here. Special shout out to Noah - who went above and beyond to make our dinner special. Our server was fantastic as well.
We chose Spago for our 25th wedding anniversary dinner and it was amazing from beginning to end. I was impressed with the lady who made the reservation and also impressed when we arrived at how we were greeted. Our waiters were among the best we have ever had and the food was amazing. They sat us at one of their best tables so we would be able to see the amazing sunset. We will forever remember and cherish this dining experience.
Really delicious, European inspired menu. Very fresh fish, steak was cooked perfectly, great drinks. Beautiful views of wailea beach. Try the chocolate souffle, it's so good!
Incredible dining experience. The staff was super professional and friendly. The food was exquisite. We tried the California roll, House-made ricotta Gnocchi and the chicken. All was increíble. For dessert we also had the chocolate soufflé which was delicious. Our server also brought us a small treat with a candle and happy birthday since we were celebrating my birthday. They also had amazing house sourdough and onion bread with butter for every table. This restaurant at the Four Seasons was amazing and I would definitely come again. I liked it even better than the Spago in Las Vegas!
As is everything on Maui, the prices at Spago are outrageous ... well above even Manhattan's three Michelin star restaurants' prices. However, the food is excellent. Everything we had was outstanding, creatively prepared, beautifully presented and very tasty. Dinner for family of four set us back over $1K with only a few drinks. But we did really enjoy the food. Service was excellent. Our server David was attentive and did a great job describing the dishes and specials. Nice ambiance as well with a view of the ocean and the pools.
Spago offers stunning scenery and a pleasant ambiance, although not all patrons can fully appreciate it due to suboptimal table placement. Some tables have obstructed views or are poorly lit, which is disappointing considering the restaurant's high standards and prices. Every seating spot should be exceptional in a venue like this. Every server needs to be trained to satisfy the customer, not just doing what they are doing by protocol. More training needs to be done for servers!
Truffle risotto and the Prime Bone-In Tomahawk Steak were excellent
Heirloom tomatoes were good
9/10
Everything was great with exception of $75 fries with black truffle ..barely any truffle shavings , not worth it. Increase truffles or reduce price.
Tartar cones appetizer was amazing.
Lobster ceviche , was good nothing amazing .
Thai curry with seafood was exceptional and so was the hong Kong style kampachi.
Souffle was great.
Amazing service and views, ambience
While enjoying the dinner at Spago, our server David took care of us very well. While he was being helpful, he wasn’t pushy or pressured us at all.
Highly recommend the following:
1. Wagyu
2. Sushi, avocado roll
3. Chocolate Soufflés
4. Fresh coffee
I would give them ten stars if the app would let me. I sat at the bar and had the best restaurant experience of my life. The bar staff was beyond exceptional and professional. I will be back and hopefully they will still serve the eggplant and have lobster. Thank you Spagos
Came here again on a recent trip and enjoyed it more than the first time. The Lobster was just phenomenal, as was the sashimi. Cheesecake was soft and fluffy. Everything was so fresh. Will be back next time.

Best meal we ate on Maui. The Yellowtail was the best I’ve ever eaten. The Maui onion bread was delicious, as was the mashed sweet potato. Everything we ate was fantastic and the service was top notch. Incredible view and a great spot to watch a sunset.
Make a reservation here! It is the restaurant that’s most worth your while when in Wailea. Almost every tables has amazing views and the food and service was 5 stars.
It is the most delicious restaurants i ate in while on property of Four seasons.
I would recommend ordering many of the appetizers. That’s was the most creative things: Hamachi Sashimi, King Salmon Crudo, lobsters with papaya salad!
The mains were good but not WOW worthy.
I did bring my toddler with and everyone was very friendly and they do have a kids menu. Since they leased the space from Four seasons, kids do not eat free here unlike the other two restaurants on property.
The food was incredible and the service was pretty good. They don't believe in air conditioning so dressing nice for dinner is a bad idea in August. No air flow at all. Valet was fast and friendly. Prepare to drop close to a grand for dinner with a party of four. Even tho a bit on the pricey side all in all it was a great experience. My son loved his Japanese strip steak and of course I had the tomahawk which did not disappoint at all.
Food was great and I’ve never gotten a better service. Andrew, my guy - please protect Andrew with all cost🩷
Andrew is the nicest person with amazing attention to detail. We had a great experience dining here. We sat outside, then Maui got windy for a little bit. Andrew noticed that I got cold I brought me a scarf.
Just wow … absolutely beautiful view and the staff are all awesome. Food & drinks perfect too!
We sat at the bar and had a love view out the back windows. The bartender was soo friendly and great at recommending menu items.
We had the curry which was outstanding! The chocolate souffle for dessert was soo delicious
Amazing restaurant at an amazing resort.

Truly one of the best restaurants in Wailea! Wolfgang Puck is constantly keeping the food, service and ambiance world 🌎 class. My favorite time of day to dine is at sunset. The views of the Four Seasons pool and Pacific Ocean are breath taking. I highly recommend experiencing this culinary treat to your palate.
