All the people who work here are really nice. Service is great every time we go to eat and when we go to the bar. The quality of food is by far the best we've tasted in all of Wailea. My favorites are: The Eggplant & Zucchini Fritta with marinara sauce was the BEST! I think they're both good but favored the eggplant more. My husband has had their 8 oz Prime Beef Hamburger which was the best burger and all made per order (puts the restaurant next door to shame on their burgers). The sweet potato fries are YUMMY! I've had the Bob's BLT which was average-nothing fancy but good. For dinner one night we had the Veal Parm which they pre-split the plates for us which was really tasty-their tomato sauce is simple yet good! For dessert we had the Hot Chocolate Souffle which was really delicious! Have to put your order in when you order your meal as it takes 25 min's or so. All the cocktails are good there. The espresso is good tasting coffee. The ambiance is nice. We always sat outside on the patio!
A simple, if not rushed brunch. We were told several times that brunch would end in ten minutes and to quickly order, as the kitchen would have a fit if they got an order too late. No worries: I wanted simple steak and eggs and a spicy bloody mary.
For $25, I expected a better quality of steak, but it was serviceable, cooked to temp and it didn't offend me in any way. The service was passable at best, sort of odd considering there were only a few other people on the patio at the time.
Wouldn't go back, but can't say it was a bad experience either. A strong 'meh' from this reviewer.
Wailea. Excellent service, food very good, very consistent, pleasant waiters (not to be taken for granted on haughty Maui), sophisticated yet fun atmosphere. So good, we went twice in our short 6 days on M. Ahi not quite as inventive as Roy's, but equally fresh.
Ate there last night. First off it is a $$$$ menu with nearly every entree 33$ or up. Service was 8/10. Food was very good. Had shrimp Longhi which was flavorful. Salad was a little underdressed but the romaine leaves were so delicate and delicious that may have made up for that lack of dressing. Lively scene for Wailea as by 9 most everyone in Wailea is asleep. Would go back.
Stopped by early for dinner, late for lunch and had the special Angus Beef Burger wit a plate of fries. Great food, nice locatio & service was good. We'll go back!
I was surprised how low the "like it" ratings were. We found the service, food and location excellent. For those that complain about price, you're in the middle of the Pacific and it cost more here. Not much more expensive than a comparable meal in my home state of FL. Ask for Dustin.
Longhi's is a great restaurant in a prime dining location. If its available, the Mongchong fish is amazing, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu, whether it is seafood, meat or pasta. One thing that stands out is the service. Myself and whoever I am dining with always have a great experience due especially to the atmosphere, and of course the good food, which is priced very appropriately for the quality of the food. I would definitely recommend both Longhi's restaurants on Maui (Lahaina and Wailea locations).
Our waiter Eric was awesome. Ask for him. He'll guide you through the menu and the wine list.
We had breakfast here. Absolutely delicious! The lobster benedict is wgere it's at! Also, the pancakes with bananas and macadamia nuts were good. The coconut syrup is a nice twist.
AAA+. Ate here two times in 3 days. Just what we wanted and expected - service great!
Late night dining recommended. Dinner and lunch here is just ok, a little overpriced for what you get. Service is hit and miss. But the late night is where its at, after 10pm. Half price drinks, and a really cool late night menu. Seating is around the bar. For late night this is the best spot in South Maui
Very nice Italian. Very nice lunch stop, short walk from the Marriott.
A nice place for lunch, but disappointed in the menu changes. No more mac crusted mahi or pulled pork sandwich. Burger was "excellent" made with ground prime rib & filet mignon! Pasta dish was good as well. Very nice setting for leisure lunch
Italian, Island Style. I went seeking a parchment paper baked sole and macadamia nut dish that I had (at the Lahaina location) years ago and have since been reliving in my dreams.
Our waiter remembered the dish and sadly reported that the chef who prepared it took the recipe with him when he left for other ventures.
After recovering from that blow, I was consoled by the many other delicious looking offerings. I can't say I was wowed like years before, but I definitely was not disappointed.
All of my table mates were more than pleased with their choices. The wine list was impressive and we greatly enjoyed our waiter's suggested bottles.
Service was exceptional, friendly and the kitchen kindly made us a dinner item when our eyes fastened upon it in the menu.
Longhi’s Wailea Maui Happy Hour and Bartender Interview with Tim Rausch
We went there for breakfast our first morning in Maui. We both ordered macadamia nut pancakes with bananas and coconut syrup. We shared the potatoes and a side of fresh pineapple. Everything was delicious and our server was friendly, helpful and attentive. The fresh pineapple wasn't as ripe as I expected, but still good.
The restaurant is beautiful, clean and had a great peaceful atmosphere. We will try to eat there again.
First there were 2, then 3 more and finally 2 unexpected people at our table and the service staff was excellent, taking care of our orders expeditiously and precisely! Great food, we were there for happy hour and to listen to a local musician playing in the center of the shops.
Ceviche, crab cake, chicken pizza, eggplant parmigiana and fish and chips along with wine and gin, perfect from beginning to end.
The only problem was the parking, very full and long wait to leave after the concert, we should have been there at 4:30 instead of 5pm! If we didn’t get a validation from Longhi’s, the parking would have cost a pricey $12.
bright lively spot. 5 star bar & bartender. Great homemade bread. Unbelievable desserts. Had shrimp & linguine. Shrimp was huge, fresh, and tasty. Pasta tasted homemade. Sauce was kinda okay. Better sauce and we go up a star.
We had the best time there tonight. Our server was name was Sparkle, and she took really good care of us. We tried a few apps and had 2 different desserts. We love the artichoke, fish and chips, and the Mac nut pie. So very good. Excellent service.
10/10 recommend. Went with the crab cakes Benedict and had no regrets. Wife got the Hawaiian pancakes with coconut syrup and that was awesome too. Neither of us are concunut fans and still really liked it which says a lot. Staff were incredibly attentive and pleasant. Great atmosphere to cap it off and I wish I could give more stars.
Our waiter was excellent. We ate dinner here but apparently their breakfasts are excellent. We walked over from the Wailea Beach Resorts so we didn't have to pay for parking. The calamari appetizer was nothing to write home about. The rigatoni Bolognese was great. Chicken Mediterranean was just okay. Skipped dessert and went to the ice cream place in the mall a few doors down
Super nice place. Tasty food. Little pricey. We had breakfast here. They bake their own bread and have fresh squeezed juices. Service excellent
There is a reason they are voted best breakfast is Maui. The food was SO good. We walked out full and happy.
I'm doing this a few days later, but I believe Cameron was our waiter. Attentive, helped with recommendations, and quick with drink refills.
Covid distancing is maintained in seating practices and pleasant smelling sanitizer. Outdoor seating is covered and a light breeze was welcomed.

The food was good, I loved my Papaya plate.
My eggs woth fish were ok, my wife had some pancakes with macadamia nuts and they were amazing.
My friends had some poached eggs and they were really good as well.
The service was good but our waiter wasn't that nice, we asked for double capuchinos and they tasted like they had a single shot (more like milk with a splash of coffee), when we mentioned that to the waiter she didn't offer an extra shot or to change the coffee, she just mentioned we got what we asked for.
In general the place is good.
Great brunch. I had the blueberry and ricotta stuffed buttermilk pancakes with side of bacon and my husband had the build your own omelet. The pancakes were delicious. Lovely zing of lemon zest in the ricotta was a nice surprise as it wasn’t mentioned in the menu description. Bacon was thick sliced, just crispy enough and full of smokey flavor. My husband thought the omelet was okay— he wasn’t a fan of the sausage they used.
The service was VERY friendly but overwhelmed and under staffed. Being the day after Thanksgiving you’d think they would have been better staffed for a busy day. We waited about 20 minutes to give our order, another 20 to receive the food and, after our plates were clearly done and nearly clean, yet another 10 minutes to receive our check.
I did think it odd that the fire alarm went off while we were dining, yet no one moved and no management gave instruction as to what we should do. I finally asked a gentleman clearing tables if we needed to leave and he simply said it’s “all good— don’t worry about it.”
Overall, the atmosphere is excellent, food was tasty, and staff friendly. This is certainly a place I would come back to again— I think they may have just been having an “off” morning.
Our food cost for two was $50 with tip. We did not order any beverages.
Finally made it out of quarantine and was delighted by the culinary delights. They employed COVID mitigation w/o sacrificing ambience. An amazing and tasty experience!! (The Burger and Cauliflower dishes were AMAZING!!)
Farm-to-table brunch of local pressed bean, fresh squeezed pineapple and OJ, Kula fresh veggies, Upcountry feta, and ham omelet and dynamite wrap that was swooned over. Two thumbs!
Great dinner! Nice setting, welcoming and knowledgeable staff, delicious food. We had fish of the day and Tuscan Ribs, both had captivating flavors, and the cauliflower with capers.
Nice place for breakfast, with a lot of choice for breakfast and some interesting dishes. Several eggs benedict options, pancakes, fruit, eggs. They have press coffee from local sources. Service is fast.
One of our favorite breakfast places! A quiet atmosphere with a friendly staff. Fresh baked cinnamon rolls are delicious if you are one of the lucky ones to get one! They sell out fast!
My husband and I saw the sign outside that said "Best Breakfast in Maui" so we had to try it out. We've already been there twice this trip and it's definitely the best! Fresh fruit, amazing coffee, French toast and thick cut bacon are just a few of the great things they offer. Highly recommend! Also, Alex and Jackson are super nice! They took great care of us.
Make sure to get the House Special Potatoes they were amazing. French toast was just ok you definantley need to get a side of bacon with them.
