I always have quick service when going through the drive through. There are a lot of kind workers there that have a smile on their face when they serve you. Definitely a plus! The food is standard McDonald's food, but they have always gotten my order correct, so that is always a bonus.
Maui Lani McDonald’s has friendly and courteous personnel… no attitudes whenever I go thru the car lines. We got quick service by parking and going inside- much faster than waiting in the double car line which is often a dongle line. The parking lot is an awkward design and makes for difficult exit

Covid precautions are great, and they have some items that will not be found on the mainland like portuguese sausage with egg and rice, which although simplistic tastes really good

I love this location, I don't have any problems here. With the the dine in "seats available" that is, and bathroom accessibility. The staff is great and your order made the way you ordered.
