3.5 stars. Pretty decent food. Is it the best I've ever had? No, but I liked it. My dad is a vegetarian and a picky one at that, so it is hard to please him with the one veggie options most restaurants have. The veggie fried noodles dish here was a big success with him because he loved it and finish
Loved the ambiance and the live piano music. I got the lilikoi chicken curry, pretty tasty.
Good food good service recommend a week day and request cheech as your server. Good vibes and great atmosphere.
As soon as you walk in, you can tell that it has a nice warm, friendly environment. We didn’t have a reservation ahead of time, but didn’t have to wait long at all. The food was amazing, and music was also equally as good. Our waiter was very nice, and overall, it was just a great place!
I’m from New Orleans LA. And when I tell you that Red Water Cafe is the best place to get 🥃 🍷 🍺 and the best food on the island 🏝️ and with a hard working team with the best customer service I’ve ever seen it’s more than a cafe it’s the place you have to visit when you come to the big island 🏝️. No
That ambiance!! Drove in from Waikoloa for a family dinner with 8 on a Friday. Definitely make reservations beforehand. They had live jazz music that we really enjoyed and added to the ambiance. Their cocktail menu is diverse. I ordered a mule type drink which was a little tart but improved as ice m
Really enjoyed the fresh catch of the day which was wahoo fish (ono). We were able to get a reservation no problem which was nice. Not sure the best way to describe the environment but the word “quirky” comes to mind.
I stopped in for dinner here with my boyfriend and had a great meal! They brought edamame as an appetizer and were quick to serve us and take our order. My boyfriend got the Opa special and I got the short ribs, both delicious. The inside is very cute with cushions and books as well as a small bar.
Celebrating hubbys birthday was made special by Red Water. Our service & food was excellent. Our server (Jay) was very personable and attentive.
T’was raging chilly outside and we need something to eat before heading back to Kailua-Kona. Searched for an open dining eatery and Red Water Cafe popped up. Goodness it’s along the way so we took advantage on it. We were greeted and seated after a few minutes. Staffs are friendly and patience to u
We entered this very cozy place with live music and thought we were in a usual local place but there was much more than that !The amazing cocktails for starter, the fresh food cooked with talent and the excellent service of Pilialoha made this dinner an unforgettable one ! We would love to dine her
Some of the best for on the island. Atmosphere, presentation, and service all 5 star worthy. I recommend the ribeye or really anything. We have eaten here many times and never been disappointed.
Came for dinner with another couple who are good friends. Ample parking on property, place is warm and cozy with quite a bit of exposed wood. Food and service was very good. She had the guava braised boneless shortrib and I tried the crispy skin sear salmon. Our friends had the same. Both entrees v
We had the best time celebrating my Aunti Sandy’s Birthday at Red Water Cafe last week. Chef David & staff were on their A-Game! Most enjoyable food, atmosphere, and friendly staff. Mahalo nui loa-A
Great service, Jhamar was our server (might misspelled his name). Food expensive, but worth it. Portions are big, good for share. Definitely would recommend going. We got Ahi roll, anue’nue roll, and our custom made salmon avocado roll. All were yummy.
