This place is a Grab and go style. Speed is OK. They don't call their customers names. Maybe they need to add a display that tells or shows the numbers or customer names. Otherwise, customers don't know whether their product is ready or not.
I’ve been to this Starbucks several times and I can say that I do have a complicated drink order but they always get it done right the first time. The manager and staff are so friendly! I hundred percent recommend this one over the others in the area.

One of the best Starbucks to go to. Staffing is friendly and professional. Drinks are always made to order and taste perfect. Location is always popping with locals and tourists. Music selections are always great and outside seating is available if you prefer that atmosphere. The sitting bar is nicely secluded in the corner- a perfect arrangement for studying and homework. Tables are diverse for bigger groups or couples. Bathroom is convenient placed away from foot traffic and near one entrance. Plenty of parking for those commuting by vehicle. Lots of neighbors, if you're looking to window shop.

The number of mobile orders compared to the in-person orders is much larger now. This means there's a slowdown of the in-person orders even when there are two people trying to meet all orders. Not to say that this SB is slow because I realize that die to tame pressures, they were filling orders for people who we're not even in the store. There were only 4 folks waiting for orders to be fulfilled. One person had multiple orders. First world problems.
Very helpful and pleasant staff. Smiles all the time. Need help ? The girls n boys that works at the store is always helpful. They will always direct you to your needs. Love to shop at WALMART!
I’ve rarely had an issue ordering with the app. I live about half mile away and order before I leave the house. Only when the store is really busy or they have a noob making drinks have I ever had to wait and then for less than 5 minutes. Great store and great staff.
This is a pretty nice Starbucks. The staff are very friendly and pretty competent. They can occasionally miss a mobile app order though. There is open wifi and both indoor and outdoor seating. It used to be much more comfortable before their strange remodel, but it's still better than some other Starbucks locations.
This store are very well trained.. they know their customers n what they like. Lots of ALOHA... FAST AND EFFICIENT. I myself in particular haven't been in this store for months n they still remember me and what I like..
Most consistent Starbucks experience I've had on the island. Coffee and service are always great, even when there's a line at the drive thru and inside! Don't get inside often in the mornings, but when I do, the barista at the register are always friendly and a welcome start to the day. So glad this is my neighborhood SB. :)
This place is always crowded. Over the years Ive stopped in here more times than I probably recall but for the ones that I can, it has always been crowded with a long line. I can stop in on a Tuesday at 2 and its just as crowded as a weekend.
The baristas are friendly though and my drinks are always made perfect.

Fast service - did mobile order. It's always ready when I get there. Awesome to skip long line! Plus order is always filled right, too 😄
Your classic Starbucks experience here. Nothing out of the ordinary. Staff was really friendly and quick to get our orders out.
Great experience the crew in Waikele was very helpful and found the perfect gift for my friend, and made a great pumpkin spice latte for me. Many Mahalos
