Cozy, cute, warm, everything I was looking for on a cold January evening. Be sure to find a spot at the bar for friendly chats with the bartender and other locals in the area. Beer selection was on point and the food was fantastic as well. I can’t wait to come back here.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyde Away. The room was comfy, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the food was sooo very good! My husband was able to go snowboarding each day at Sugarbush, and it only took him 5-15 minutes to get there. We will for sure be back!
The ribs were great. Our waiter was attentive. The beer was cold. Just what I was after.
The Hyde Away is an iconic landmark in the Mad River Valley! The bonus is that the food is top notch. Beware, it can get crowded. Oh, did I mention that the bartenders make awesome cocktails?

The kitchen is very very very slow… we had a 7 and still have not gotten our food and is now 8:30. This food is good but now this good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good food but seems like they always run out of something from the entree menu. Fun atmosphere, but very busy with parking lot full. Service slow, but had been warned finding full staffing has been difficult in the area due to Covid. Hope to try it again one day if we return in the future from Nebra
