The only Starbucks I found in New England. Glad to see it. Beats Dunkin Donots by miles! The apple croissant would have been better if I had let them heat it.
Staff was wonderful and friendly.
The Wakefield location is always lovely. A little hectic due to the high number of college students but still worth the wait in line for anything with pumpkin cream.
Nice updates with the renovation and a very busy location. Easy access and parking in the shopping plaza.
This location is on point. Always busy yet always clean, happy and helpful. Even when there is a line, there is never a long wait. I think other locations could learn from Wakefield. It's a "must stop" when I am in the area!
Only down side to this place is it seems like it wont be around long, the building is up for lease indicting Starbucks won't there much longer.
Bright and airy location. Plenty of seating and good service.
This place was great. Such sweet workers. Helpful and patient, which is so important in a coffee shop. It seems like Starbucks must pay their workers more as they do this best. You don't feel rushed and as if they are totally disinterested in even dealing with you, as you see in many establishments today. To feel valued is important and this Starbucks has that nailed down. Especially the very sweet worker with very curly hair who told me all about the Gold Ginger Drink. Super sweet! Thanks. Keep up the great work!
DELICIOUS COFFEE and friendly staff that were absolutely slammed (it was new year’s day around noon). having worked for starbucks before, i know that it’s not easy to keep a cool head during such a busy time, but this team crushed it 🤍
Nice outdoor seating and two unisex bathrooms.
Hadn't been here since they remodeled the inside. It's such an improvement! More open and brighter...love the new layout. Great place for getting a little work done.
The staff is very friendly and they were willing to make my flat light in a beautiful white mug instead of paper cups
I understand social distancing and how it must effect the employees. However it was so disorganized with no actual places to stand. Stand one place waiting for my coffee, then told to move, then told to move again. Next thing I knew the place was packed and other people had the same problem. I don't blame the employees, my coffee was right and you could tell they were working hard and seemed flustered. So I blame management. I appreciate the yummy coffee and hard work that went into it. I hope they are able to organize the inside operations a little bit better.
