More people out since the pandemic took over the way we live and interact with others. Despite the number of people the wait was minimal to be seated but somewhat delayed with food arrival. Overall our server was nice, food was hot and little one enjoyed it!
We ordered online and had a smooth enough pick up. The food was enjoyable and a nice treat. If your ordering online the website only pushes your order to the restaurant 10 minutes before your pick up time so going early won't help you much.
This place is generally busy. Honestly I love IHOP as a place to go to grab diner-like foods. Not a personal fan of their brew of coffee. However that's just a small thing. Most of the waitresses I have had were attentive, quick to respond, and gave excellent customer service. The experience you get with your food will differ based on who is cooking in the back. I have had the tres leches pancakes served three different ways before. None wrong, but some care more about the appearance of plating than others it would seem.
Super fast service. 7pm at night and they still serve grits, where as other IHOPs in the area stop serving by late afternoon. Had food within 10 minutes of ordering. Got seated quickly. Very pleased.
I did not get our Server name...She was excellent!! She didnt write down anything...didnt need toooooo...SHE remembered our order! She was professional...attentive and just plan wonderful. Our food was hot and delicious. Thank you dear...you are awesome! Thanks to the Chef as well.
After leaving the capital heights location after a 20 minute wait On a seat of 6 they wanted to break us up we left And went to Waldorf location where after 3 minutes we received it had a wonderful breakfast a great waitress named Erica Kudos Is too Waldorf ihop plenty of room to seat the guests
The Experience was pleasant professional and courteous by the Team assisting with answering my questions regarding a new Menu Item. The service was quick as well.
