Review Jersey Mike's Subs - Walker

This is BY FAR my favorite Jersey Mikes location and one of my favorite restaurants in general because the service is consistently fantastic. The entire team is genuinely friendly and they take time to personally engage with each customer. The food is always on point and service is always speedy. Kudos to every team member for always brightening my day! :)

Food was great but they did mess up the order. Ordered almost $100 in food for co-workers and me. For the most part everything was correct except for one of the orders. But being 15 miles away it wasn't worth driving all the way back.

Best Jersey Mike sub I have had in a while. Sometimes at other locations the sub can be a bit soggy and such, but here I got a may I say perfect sub.

This is the nicest and cleanest Jersey Mike's I have seen. It is up to date, lots of natural light the service is great very nice quick efficient and polite I will be coming back here.

So the staff here is top notch! Awesome personalities and always smiling! The food is fresh and great. I have never had a bad experience at any Jersey Mike's! Keep up the good work!

This is the third time we have been here. The customer service is awesome. In fact when I ordered my sub without cheese, an as it was being made they put cheese on it. I said that one is with no cheese.The guy making it stopped and took the cheese off and asked if it was a cheese allergy, he had his hands on the bun as if he was going to start the sub over. NOW that is caring about your customers. We Haven't had a sub that we didn't like an this is definitely our new place for delicious fresh subs. My husband and I use to go to Jimmy Johns but the standale location has gone down hill. Keep up the Great job.

My all time favorite place to grab a Philly Cheesesteak!

My first time as a customer. I ordered from the Alpine location. I called to place my order for a Philly steak and cheese, added lettuce, tomato and mayo. It was warm and ready when I arrived in 10 min. It tasted amazing! Loved it! It was juicey and the best philly steak and cheese Ive ever had! I order the 7 1/2 inch. It was plenty for me! Ill be back! There were 2 young men who were working. Both were personable!

Service was good and the sub was delicious. They even sell their old pickle buckets for a good cause!

Delicious relish, it's unique enough to keep me coming back. Friendly, quick service, too.

Great good and even better service. My wife has celiac and they went above and beyond to clean the area and avoid contamination at all costs. She said her sandwich was delicious and no allergic reaction after so their attention to detail paid off! Thank you to the staff and we will be getting another round of subs tonight!

I have no idea the names of the girls working tonight but they were fantastic. The best customer service I have had in years. And the best sandwich ever..... I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Jersey Mikes for killing it again.

I use to stop here often for lunch till 2 weeks ago when I seen the most nasty health code violation ever !!!! 1. They check you out and not wash their hands before applying gloves to finishes the sub toppings for the next person in line but then this happen 2. The guy in front of me gets it the mikes way and the dropping that fell off the sub onto the line where pushed back into the container for that sloop to be put onto the next sub which was mine !! First I can't eat vinegar which is now mixed into the slop of lettuce you expect us to eat which is just nasty !!!!! After I told your over talkative manger that she claims to be she embarssered me by yelling well I can get you a new bag of lettuce but this is what we do here !! Umm sense when is it ok to cross contaminate food with other junk and not tell the buyer I opted out and took a meat sub and tossed it once I walked out :( Sad to say me and all my employees will not ever return if this is how you handle food !!!

The food was great tasting. They were busy but the reason I came here was to finally get a gluten free sub as NO other sub shop in the area has gluten free bread. I was informed that they didn’t have any ready they had just sold out. I was bummed. That’s the only reason I wanted to try this place. Don’t know if I’ll try again or not.

As a Celiac I appreciated the extra steps to safely feed me. Bun was tasty. All in all I would highly recommend for gluten free folks! Hubby liked his regular sub too.

Finally found a place where the gluten free are actually good and filling. Don’t even get me started of quality of fillings. Meats and veggies are delicious.

The food was okay. The place was dirty. You could see food under the tables and legs that have been there for some time. Counter was covered with food. Worker dropped lid on floor and just kicked it and left. If this is what I can see I am concerned about what is not visible.

First time visitor and I am impressed!! Food was great and customer service was top notch!! Will go back for sure!!

Great subs! So good my family and I craved it and went back the very next day for seconds! Philly steak "mikes way" is phenomenal! Please open one in Cedar Springs, MI.

Tried it for the first time tonight. The Cheesesteak was delicious! So fresh. The shop is spotless and the employees were just great; friendly and helpful. I'll be back!!

Checked out Jersey Mike's for the first time last night, excellent food! The staff and service were top notch! One gentleman in particular was exceptional! ( I wish I had gotten his name!) we will be back for sure!

I grew up in Point Pleasant, NJ and have been to the original Jersey Mike's when it was just Mike's. Had a great cheese steak today in Grand Rapids, MI. Was a great taste of home! Thank you.
