When I come here, I find the customer service to be great! Yes, sometimes they can be out of something, if its late, but they always offer a substitute. I think the employees do a good job.
This Panera has friendly, attentive staff, which makes for great service!
Manager helped me through the entire ingredients list because I have a free newly diagnosed allergies. Atmosphere is relaxing, always clean. Food is great!

This Panera Bread location is fairly similar to most I have been at. It would be good for a student looking to do a little bit of studying or for conversation. The layout is pretty spacious yet cozy. There is a small fireplace and the atmosphere is very chill. The service is great, very friendly and fast. I enjoyed my visit here and I'll probably make this more of spot I visit more from now on.
The Panera staff at this location appeared to be happy working there, and were very efficient. Ordered food for the kids and my spouse and I, and all of us were pleased with our food.
I accidentally sent my pick-up order to a location across town, but the manager (Josh) generously made my order for me anyway, even including two cookies I didn't order. A little kindness goes a long way. Thank you, Josh!

Amazing customer service! Store manager/operator is obviously aware of her restaurant, employees and customers. Sip club is worth it if you want something to drink and are in the area frequently.

Consistent experience and healthy sandwich options. Great coffee. Love the ability to order online and stop in to quick grab my order from a shelf on my way to work. Update: internet so slow that it's unusable.
I order from this location all the time, never had any issues until today. I had breakfast delivered for my boyfriend and I but my bagel I had ordered was missing. I called the store and spoke to a manager & she was extremely apologetic and just so sweet. She gave me options to choose from to make this right, so I chose to go pick up my missing food. When I arrived she again offered me a refund or a pastry to go along with my bagel, I declined as it's not a big deal, I understand things happen. So she handed me a cup for a free drink. I'm so impressed and pleased with the way this situation was handled. I wish I had gotten her name, she deserves a raise!! Thank you for such great customer service & being so nice!!
This PB has the BEST lime Bubbly (fountain drink) I’ve EVER HAD! It’s so crisp and flavorful. I don’t know if maybe they keep their lines cleaner than other locations -but it is amaze! Staff are friendly and clean atmosphere.
Food was quick and the Madagascar Vanilla Latte I had was delicious. The staff keep the cafe quite clean for how busy they are and are very friendly.

I had their Mac n cheese, they have one of the best! They also have caffeinated lemonade with a few flavors, but I just had regular, still delicious though!
