Friendly employees who know how to provide just a little bit of customer service should work the window. Those who can’t read a screen to make a simple Mexican pizza should be taking out trash, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, etc. After working in fast food-back of house for many years, it’s not hard to fix an order correctly. 6 out of 8 items were done incorrectly, out of the 8 items, that included our drinks.

Drive thru was crazy busy, so went inside. Just wanted to order a drink. They had 3 employees at the drive thru window, yet only one was working. The other one was making herself a drink and looking at our party like we were raining on her parade. I told them I just wanted to order a drink, but they rolled their eyes. Finally a worker bringing someone else’s food to them from the back took my order. I could tell it wasn’t his job to do so. This used to be a great Taco Bell and I often bragged about it. But this is the 2nd time in 2 months that I have been given an attitude. I won’t be back to this one.

Been about 2 years since I've eaten at Taco Bell...OMG... the prices are insane and the food quality is deplorable! Cantina crispy tacos, chipotle melt...a joke. The beefy 5 layer burrito....where's the beef. My dogs were disappointed also... $45.12 later...I'm baking a Totino's pizza🍕

Great service. It isn't clear if they are open for dine in. Which makes the drive through very long and can take awhile to be able to order

#2: The hours listed here should reflect that the dining room closes at 10pm every day & only the drive-thru is open until closing time stated.

Every time I come here I hear vulgar language. When we were paying for our food last night we heard " I will cut you " and the Associates haven't been kind, and don't even pay attention to customers orders, just goofing around in the back. Last night we went and got two of the 5 dollar deluxe boxes and cinnamon twists with drinks. They didn't have boxes for one to put the tacos in and just chunked them all in one bag. When we get half way home when didn't even have one of the tacos that was suppose to come in the box and missing the two bags of Taco chips that came with it. Just the nachos sauce. Decided since we were almost home to call the number on the receipt but of course they won't answer after almost 7 tries. Terrible service here, definitely not the employees that I would want working for me.

The food is as expected for a Taco Bell. The customer service at this Taco Bell is great. The prices are still fantastic.
My only complaint is the consistency with which Taco Bell removes some of my favorite menu items. I only ever get a strawberry freeze when I get frozen drinks here and they don't offer it anymore. Their menu was supposed to have had it removed from the digital selection options but after I ordered and paid, the customer service staff apologized and said it was no longer available and offered one of their other two that are. It tasted fine, but still I found it frustrating that yet another favorite has been removed from the menu.

Went at night 1 night the people working were completely rude and unprofessional acted like they had a problem pulling up at the drive thru cause they were outside smoking and they messed my order up. I called a few days later and reported it and they r looking into what happened plus they fixed my order. I'm satisfied
