This was by far the worst PS experience I’ve ever had. I typically don’t even review, much less a negative one. I just take my lumps and move along. I would’ve given zero stars if I could. I get that things are tough for restaurants of any kind right now… I placed an online order like I typically do

Service at this location is always terrible! Only one person actually working while the other 2 joke around while there's a long line. Ordered online and still waited 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Facility not very clean but the 2 workers looked worse...they must've picked the dirtie

Good Penn St location. Typically busy but wait is never too bad. Food is always fresh, which is normal for Penn station. They are a little pricy for my liking, but you can't beat a hot Philly cheese steak when your craving one. I'd recommend this location if your looking for hot, made to order food

No problem with the food, but I would have been smart to call in order. Not a place you want to wait, and watch cook your food. Not clean, and staff is lacking in hygiene, and work ethic.

I called to place a pick up order and someone picked the phone up and drop it to the floor while he continued to talk with his employees. I tried calling again three times and all I got was a rapid busy signal. I drove up to just order it and wait for them to make it, but the manager told me that hi

2 doordash orders and 1 other order. A total of four orders and they forgot to call my name while I'm staring them down at the 15 minute mark. For a 13 dollar sandwhich it should be served hot! However at about 20 minutes I was asked my name and was told they called me already. I WAS LIED POINT BLAN

Onions and mushrooms tasted burnt. The sweet tea was empty and when we tried to tell the girl at cash register she blew us off. The fries were undercooked/no chrispy.

Need to bring the tuna fish sub back. I would eat there alot more. I miss it. Need Jalapeño option like Jersey Mike's Big Kahuna. Pretty much only get the Pizza sub at Penn Station.
