The lady in the back who cooks the food is amazing. She has an incredible smile and great attitude. She goes out of her way to say hello and delivers your food to you. However the gal at the register got my order wrong. I asked, “I’d like to get a turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Oh— what’s it called?— Can I get it on a multigrain bagel?” It came back on a plain bagel. Normally I wouldn’t gripe about it. I’m the last person to do that. I just want to eat. Gimme food. But I’ve been trying to watch my sodium intake because my family has a serious issue with heart disease. I’m broke and in between homes and can’t afford nice healthy food. This is the best I can do right now.

Baby that caramel ice latte yesterday and the hot caramel latte today? FYE.. PERFECT!! I went at 9am and was not disappointed in my drink and they are quick as well so 5 stars for me.

Three stars for the friendly employees. We're regular customers here but today was the last straw. There have been issues in the past with orders done wrong, but I've let it slide because the employees are nice and they usually fix it.
Today I ordered a medium black coffee and got ROOM TEMPERATURE coffee. Not hot, not even warm, not cold, but room temperature. It was disgusting and I had to throw it out. Went back, explained, and got another one. SAME thing. There's no way that the burner is on, and if it is, it's broken. Had to throw out two cups of coffee (which I hate to do because it's wasteful). If I wanted room temp or iced coffee I would've ordered one. If you made a cup of coffee, turned the burner off, and left the pot on for 3 or 4 hours, you'd have the same experience as me.
I'll stick to making coffee at home and using my thermal cups to transport. This place was nice for grabbing something on the go but it's not worth the wasted time and effort.
Update: added a star because they seem to have fixed the problems
One of my favorite Dunkin Donuts stores.
Amanda was very friendly and stayed on top of her game during a rush. Even though she was clearly busy and still found time to sanitize as well as acknowledge the guests waiting. What a great employee and hard worker.

The staff here is fast and friendly. From time to time they can get busy but overall they move quickly.
