Debbbi and I travel through here all the time on our way between Fayetteville and home. It's our midway stop, and even though we aren't regular McDonald's customers, we make your store a regular stop simply because you are a standout, customer service oriented location! Even if we just stop for a bathroom break and a coffee, everyone is always so accommodating and friendly. Thank you for such great service! God bless you all!

I usually get my orders at the window but the last two times I’ve went inside and both of those times have been great! I hardly write reviews but I feel that a certain employee always goes the extra mile I believe his name is Michael. I noticed he’s always working really hard and very friendly. So thank you Michael looking forward to our next visit.

The customer service at this location could’ve been better but it was a busy morning. Nonetheless our order was made fresh. The interior of the building is unique with its vintage design. For it to be so early, the place was a bit dirty and understocked. Will give them another chance in the future.
Ordered 2 Coffees, to be had curtailed cream, smelled awful. Second tasted off. We had to park and wait soon as we got to second window. Second round of coffee with 2 pump cream and 10 came out after 10 minutes of making a fresh pot again. Still tasted off. Black with sugar wasn't great for being a fresh pot. Glad this isn't my local McDonald's. But when traveling it would be nice to get the quality and tastes that we stop there for. I don't carry cream and sugar in my vehicle so when I ask for 10 sugar I expect to taste it, but didn't.. marked as don't stop at this again.
Went through drive threw to get a frappee. My car never stopped rolling more than 10 seconds from time of placing order, paying & picking up my drink. Outstanding staff.

Warsaw location; Speedy service at the drive through. Order was correct and the food was good. Servers was nice.
The young lady that was at the speaker and drive through today is very sweet I like her she was very cheerful and had a great attitude she called my mom “mama” which was cute and made my mother and me smile! We got what we ordered and the food was warm and good!
We made a pit stop here on our way back from the ocean. It was a Sunday afternoon around 5pm. Both the bathrooms and dining room were clean and tidy. The employees were friendly. The experience was more pleasant than most locations. The only thing negative I can think of was that the service was a little slow. The employees looked very busy. There were maybe five people in the dining room, three of them had already been served. However our order (2 items total, nothing special) seemed to take a long time to process. Maybe the drive thru was extra busy and everyone was working on those orders. This was not a big deal, just an observation. I guess I'd rather have a slowly delivered correct order than a quickly processed one that is wrong. I'm sure we will be back at some point.
