1) Service was great. The young man taking our order was very polite, well mannered and courteous.
2) Food was as usual good.
3) Restaurant condition is rough. The counter top was Formica that had worn through all the way to the wood base. The tiles in front of the cash register were also heavily worn through the glazing. The bathrooms were as aged and shown many repairs. 5 stars only because the food and the service. 1 🌟 for the condition of the place.
I can tell you this. They have the best value four 4 meals I seen in a long time. Every other fast food restaurant charges between $40 and $60 to feed 4 people. KFC has my vote for best price for dinner and good eats. Thanks KFC.
We've eaten at a lot of KFC'S and so far none if them had food as hot and fresh as here. The staff are great and the service fast. Cynthia Rich, the lady who not only took our order but made sure we were satisfied with everything.
Excellent food. Best French fries in a while. I give it 4 stars because we bought 4 popcorn chicken and only received 3 and we were too far to come back when we noticed.
Overall, the place was in decent condition. They have a great Buffet and the people greeted us immediately. Did not have to wait for our food. It was hot and ready to go.
I saw the commercial for the Cheetos Fried Chicken Sandwich. I thought about it several times and asked my wife if I should try something so crazy looking. So I did and it was good. The only thing I would do differently is add lettuce and tomato and dip the chicken in the cheese sauce. They just must have squeezed the cheese juice not sauce on top of the chicken because when I opened the wrapper to see the crazy Cheetos Fried Chicken Sandwich the cheese dip was all over the wrapper and barely on the sandwich.
Let me say, the fried chicken sandwich was good and the cheese dip was a nice added touch. The crunch of the Cheetos on the underneath the chicken was a nice surprise. Go try it once time and make your own decision about this new chicken sandwich. You might fall in love with it.

KFC Buffet - just off Route 40 and worth the stop!
If you are traveling Route 40 and decide to stop at Exit 364 in Warsaw, NC, you will notice several options - one of them being Kentucky Fried Chicken. If you are like us and enjoy a good buffet, the food here is hot and fresh while the staff is friendly and SUPER helpful! Margarita took both our orders for the buffet and a grilled breast to go for our Dog Ryder who was patiently waiting our return to the truck. Margarita was pleasant both times and promptly notified me of the wait I had before she processed my order for extra chicken. While I chatted with a delightful local lady during our wait, I observed Chantal gracefully handle a minor discrepancy, going a bit above and beyond what would likely be expected of her resulting in a very happy customer.
There is ample seating and the restaurant was clean, including the restrooms where the stalls were free of broken doors and graffiti. I felt that this was a pleasant stop worthy of recommendation!
Trumonda was awesome. The Best customer service. Very polite, read back my order, ensured it was correct. It was an awesome experience. Service was fast. Restaurant was clean.
