Hacienda Mexican Restaurants - Warsaw - Photo album

Hacienda used to be pretty good food. Was 3x the price of taco bell but 10x as bad. The chips tasted old and like rotted grease. The salsa is more like a ground up can of tomatoes. The $10.00 nachos were mostly chips with maybe 1/4 cup of meat and possibly 1/4 cup other toppings combined. The tomat
One member of our party ordered a bar drink as soon as we sat down and waited 30 minutes for it to be served despite asking about it several times. Also, an entree had to be ordered late because they were out of what was ordered originally. Then, 3/5 entrees carne to the table, were eaten and finish
While still a really good place to eat, it has gone down over the years. I think the quality has diminished, especially when the restaurant became a chain. I still go on occasion, but there are other great restaurants around the town to hit for authentic Mexican.
Excellent service (Maria) and food was served quickly and hot!

It's okay, at best. I've tried several times. Average food, average service. Most recent time my food was barely warm. I don't really see a reason to go back.
We love hacienda! Although upon trying the Warsaw one for a change. ( usually we frequent goshen hacienda) we found two tiny black hairs in our ranch. About half way through the bowl being gone. Our server kindly removed it from our bill but I’ve never had these issues in goshen. We will not be back
Food was good. Service was good. We were at an off time. So kit sure about when they are really busy. We had an enjoyable dinner/lunch.
