A popular, near or far, year round experience! The food and the quality is authentic clam shack and seafood fare. There are a few non seafood options to cater to kids and non seafood fans. The prices are moderate with $$ out of 5. The view from inside eating or outside eating is equally serene and wonderful with beach views. This is a staple for my family and I when we are in Rhode Island! Highly recommended to all.

We ate at the restaurant. It was fantastic. Truffle fries and Chowder to start. I had fish tacos and hubby had the Lobster roll. đŠ Both were perfect. Don't forget to grab some yummy Dough Boys at the takeout window outside on your way out. đ. Two thumbs up đđ

Iâm the biggest fan of fried clams, but I have to say the Calamari was my favorite from Iggyâs. I always order them well done and with the red sauce on the side. Itâs a big portion and for a great price.
If you donât want to wait in the long lines, you can always order ahead and walk up to the blue tent to pick up your order. Lines can get reallllllly long!

This place was great but there were definitely some things that couldâve been better.
The location is hard to beat. Beach access with plenty of seating. Great place to take a walk before or after your meal.
The food was a hit or miss. I really liked the Iggy Burger and the Fish portion was HUGE.
The white chowder felt under-seasoned which made it taste pretty bland. Grilled cheese and dough boys the person I was with ordered were also pretty bland but it is what it is.
Prices are pretty tough to beat which is why I think itâs worth going to. Especially if youâre bringing the family. The burgers are around $4 which is almost unheard of where Iâm from (Boston) unless youâre going to a fast food spot.
Would definitely come back to try other things next time Iâm in the area

First visit, Narragansett location. A bit disappointed. Calamari very tender, but a bit soggy. Quahog good. NE clam chowder was bland. All food was not warm enough. Nice clean well kept restaurant. Nice staff.

I always love coming here. The food is great, the service is fantastic and there is never a dull moment. If you go in the off season the prices are better and there isn't much if a crowd which makes it perfect to go to all year round. One of my favorite places to go, for sure.

Iggy's Doughboys and Chowder House is an iconic staple here in Warwick, Rhode IIsland. They serve fresh seafood, chowder, doughboys and more! This place is super popular with the locals and tourists. The line was in the street when we arrived so if you're looking to get food quick I suggest ordering ahead of time over the phone or online. We did show up on a Saturday too so that might have had something to do with it. Their food was good but nothing was over the top amazing. Service was counter service and was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was cute and nautical with awesome views in the back with their patio seating! I'm not sure if I would come back to Iggy's for the seafood but the chowder and doughboys were good, as they should be considering it's in their name haha.
My wife and I shared a Seafood Platter which included an all fried meal with white flakey fish (they don't say what kind of fish), whole clams, clam strips, scallops, and flat shrimp. The platter also came with 3 clam cakes, onion rings, fries and Cole slaw with your choice of a salad or chowder. We got a salad. We also orders 3 cinnamon sugar doughboys and a bowl of white chowder. We were unaware that there were three types of chowder. There's, New England White, which is a cream based chowder. Manhattan Red, which is tomato based chowder. And lastly, clear Clam Chowder which is the "pure" chowder with no add ins.
To start with the Seafood Platter, everything was good and had flavor however when we got our plate we went to a table and immediately sat down to eat and the breading was soggy with most things like the clams and scallops. It didn't seem like it was fried fresh and given to us. I also don't like how we had to guess what the fried fish was. Having to guess what you're eating is always a turn off. We also had to ask for tartar sauce and cocktail sauce as it was not included with our platter. My favorite out of the platter was the fried scallops.
Fried food places, PLEASE put your food in container with holes. If there are no air vents, the moisture builds up in the box and creates soggy breading. This is especially concerning when you want to take your food home.
The clam cakes were more like clam hush puppies and we wouldn't have ordered an extra 3 if we knew that it would come with the platter but there was no mention of it on the menu. The doughboys were good and looked like the doughboy mascot they have outside the restaurant. The chowder was also good but seemed to be lacking in clams and is a bit thicker than some people like but it wasn't off putting to us. We also got their drinks that they make like their Raspberry Lime soda and Root Beer. My wife like the Raspberry Lime but it tasted like a Shirley Temple to me. The root beer was okay.
Overall, for $50 for the both of us for lunch and what we got, I wasn't super impressed. The atmosphere and service helped their food score but like I said in the beginning, stick to what their name says and what they're good at, just get the chowder and doughboys.

I was quite disappointed with what I ordered. In the past the cold lobster roll was full of pieces of lobster. What I got this Saturday was shredded lobster salad, mixed with celery and mayo. The clam chowder was potato soup with few tiny pieces of clams, which you canât even see on the picture I uploaded. Service was fabulous but the food did not merit the 45 minute wait.

This place is amazing! We ordered clam cakes and clam chowder and it was all cooked to perfection! Customer service was top notch. I highly recommend this place! Yeah so the seagulls pick through the garbage looking for food...so what? They were entertaining. And the view is absolutely beautiful. We had ice cream afterwards, and it was good too.

The best stuffed quahogs Iâve had in many years. The stuffies were filled with clam with a nice crunchy crust and hot and moist on the inside and very tasty. The snail salad was also very good. This afternoonâs bartender who served me (wish I had asked her her name) was very attentive and friendly. Great lunch. The oysters on a 1/2 shell - I had yesterday - were pricey but very tasty.

Iâm a regular here. My mom and I both Came here for lunch today and ordered a burger medium rear ... the burgers came out well done .. very nice bartender behind the kazebo with dark hair .. she took the burgers back and they came out well done again with lettuce drenched in grease .. donât understand why you canât get a burger cooked medium rare .. Michelle offered to tell the manager and he wouldnât take it off the bill ... itâs not even about the money itâs about keeping a customer for life that is in there all the time .. will have to think about where I go next time .. guess you guys are so busy that you donât care about losing one customer .. Michelle was great behind the bar ! Kudos to her ..
