Excellent food, Excellent atmosphere, Excellent staff and the owner/chef Chris Palios is the best around. There isn't a bad dish on the menu. Definitely recommend Sophia's Tuscan Grille as a place to go for a family breakfast or dinner, or perfect for a date night. Will never go wrong with this place.
Celebrated my birthday last night with dinner and our closest friends who had never been before. Glad we made a reservation as it was very busy. The meal was excellent from apps to dessert and Chef Chris really has a gem of a restaurant. Our server Chad was very attentive to all of our needs and his smile and overall attitude should be condemned. No doubt this is the best BYOB in the state and certainly ranks in the top 3 of our favorite restaurants all time.
Our first night here tonight and it was amazing! Our server was Chad and he was very friendly, relatable and on point with service. We genuinely enjoyed him as our server!! The mussels we ordered as an app were full of flavor and we could practically drink the sauce. I had the pork and my husband had bolognese and it was delicious. The fact that the restaurant is BYOB is icing on the cake. This is our new go to restaurant!
Sophia's has quickly become my favorite place for brunch. They are incredibly accommodating of large groups, with friendly staff and out-of-this-world food. I can't wait to go back!
Everything is made to order, you can taste the quality and freshness in every bite. Staff super friendly. May cost a few dollars more a plate but definitely worth it!
Excellent service! Amazing food that's constantly changing! Best breakfast I've ever had. I would travel hours to eat this food and joke with the staff. Fantastic about food allergy requests. Great family environment. Highly recommended.

Today, I had a baby shower for my daughter and daughter-in-law at Sophia's! The wait staff was absolutely amazing and the food was so delicious! I highly recommend Sophia's for any special event! I had the corned beef and cabbage on Friday night. It was the best I have ever ever had! Tons of thick cut corned beef, crispy roasted fingerling potatoes, real carrots sliced the long way and thinly cut cabbage that was soft not mushy. Just delicious!

Highly recommend Sophia’s for dining in and for catering! To my surprise , my doorbell rings on Christmas Eve and Chris went out of his way to deliver some sauce for my crab cakes as it was left out of my order by mistake. He also gave me a gift card. Now that’s taking customer service to another level! As always , the food was delicious.

For those of you who haven't been yet, you are missing out on a hidden RI gem. I can honstly say that it gets better each time I go. From the black and blue mussels to the cornmeal cod, this place is nothing short of amazing.
Happy to find a cosy and nice place for brunch. Ordered the egg Benedict and it was pretty good. I love this place because it is not too noisy on the Sunday morning when I was there. Perfect for meeting up with friends over brunch to catch up.
Wonderful Italian restaurant. The bread and oil are evil, you wouldn't want to stop and they just filled up your appetite before your main dish. The salmon was soft and juicy. The veal was also tender and overall they all tasted great. I would definitely visit again when I ever come to RI again.
Dinner was absolutely delicious and well-priced, service was fantastic (Thanks Chad!) and the cherry on top was that this establishment is BYOB. Appreciate that they refresh their menus weekly. Our favourite dish was the Zuppa pink vodka. Veal and cod fish were good too. The free bread and dip they served were so tasty, we couldn’t stop eating them. We opted to top up to get their fresh pasta as sides, best decision. Loved the texture, had a good bite to it.
This is not my first time reviewing Sophia's but felt like it's been a while...this is our FAVORITE restaurant. We drive 40 minutes to come here. There is no place else that you can get the quality homemade Italian, welcoming staff, AND BYOB around here. The new twist is that they rotate their menu every week so there is always something new to try. Appetizer, 2 delicious dinners, and a dessert for $65....and we got to bring our favorite bottle of wine with us? Can't beat it! The staff at Sophia's hasn't changed in the 5 years we have been visiting and they are all awesome. It's a must try!
The friendly staff, the food is literally outstanding, the lighting is gorgeous. We will be back! We celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary here.
This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered a salad and the chicken Parmigian. The salad was ok, the dressing decent. The chicken was nicely done. The sauce wasn't bad but a bit too tangy for my taste. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 7.2.
Absolutely some of the best if not the best Italian food I've ever had. The sauce is amazing. Also, the chef brought us out a free appetizer that was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend and I both got the chicken Parm and it was the best chicken Parm I've ever had.
I loved Sophia's. The best calamari I have ever had. It was super tender. I had the sea scallops with lemon risotto. The flavors were amazing. This was a real treat. Amazing food.
