Place not too busy and fairly clean. Waitress brought drinks we ordered but no utensils. Granddaughter ordered full breakfast of pancakes, eggs with cheese and crispy fries for 9.99. I ordered scrambled eggs, no meat and toast with home fries. This was also 9.99. I asked for jelly and was told
my wife and I went in ,we got sat fairly quick...that was pretty much it. while we were there we ordered drinks. , a bunch of tables were cleaned, a few more tables were sat a few tables left, a couple take out orders were picked up, the tables that sat after us got thier drinks.....35 MINUTES
Bad: served OJ in a plastic cup with a plastic lid so tight you have to use a (plastic) straw! Service is slow (staff works hard, but the site is understaffed). Usually crowded and noisy. Good: large menu, reliable good quality but not outstanding food, good prices, special deals for seniors.
My husband and I along with 2 of our children went to eat. Each plate was made incorrectly. The waiter explained the cook was overwhelmed even though there were only 2 other tables. But we were considerate of that. My husband finished his soda and was never offered a refill. The worst part was when

Horrible!! No Staff!! Dirty tables!! No syrup given or any condiments!! Service was as slow and when we did get our coffee there was a hair in our cup. Manager said sorry I didn't see that in there. Please stop blaming COVID-19 for laziness. Have your employees clean the table and chairs properly. Keep your hair pulled back.
Walked into the restaurant at 9:08, waited 5 minutes for anyone to greet us or come out of the kitchen.
