My food was exactly as expected but the 5 stars are for the employee who helped me this evening. I didn't catch their name but they had purple dyed hair. After waiting in line for 10+ minutes, I went to order a breakfast sandwich at 11am, when I finally made it to the counter, and was told breakfast just ended at 11. I explained how I had been in line before breakfast ended and was told “sorry”. Good job Panera on having horrible customer service.
Typical Panera Bread. The food came out relatively quickly and is consistent with other Panera bread's. When I came to the counter there were no employees just self service kiosks.
