Dear Brewed: I wanted to take a moment and applaud the efforts of a few of your Warwick, RI workers. Yesterday, 5/8/22 (Mother's Day) I made a last minute reservation to book the conference room you have available in Warwick to host a last-minute important meeting from 3pm-4pm. I wanted to let you know that Holly, the manager who took my reservation, was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful and supportive. She walked me through the whole thing over-the-phone and I just showed up and did what I needed to do. She was a true asset to your company. Another employee mention is the young woman who took our orders and assisted us with drinks. Her name was Bella and she too is an absolutely wonderful asset to your team. She made us feel welcomed, demonstrated professionalism every minute, and also really seemed to enjoy her job--a rare find in young workers these days. She too was amazing! Finally, Chrystal, the store head, was outstanding. Not only did she remember my name when I went to pay, she checked in with me to see how everything went and went out of her way to ensure we were satisfied and well taken care of--which we were. She too was absolutely awesome! We will definitely be back and I just wanted to make special mention of those three people at the Warwick, RI location. Thank you!
