Probably the worst take out experience ever. The side of the burger was literally swimming in ketchup then the top was swimming in mustard.. there was like an inch thick layer of condiments on this burger... how that’s even edible?? The final straw though was that it was supposed to be a veggie burger and it very much was not. Please get better quality control.

Very good food! I absolutely love the “bottomless” options. You can eat as much as you want! Though the portions are very large so you don’t need to order more. My personal favorite are the “pickle nickels”. Such a great appetizer!! Burgers, sandwiches and salads are huge! And delicious. It does get a little pricey being diner food, however worth it. They do not offer bottomless milkshakes anymore which is a bummer but always good here.

The server I had was really nice. She made our experience good especially considering the one closer to me was not a great experience at all. As well as the rest of the staff they were very respectable and even though they appear to be understaffed oh, they all were very attentive to the customers. Also, the food was made exactly I requested it. I can be a little picky sometimes as far as how I like my burger prepared but they nailed it. I definitely would recommend to go here and I plan on returning

A good end to a rough day. We sat in the bar and our server was very attentive and kind. Can't quite remember her name (sorry - we were really tired) but we were pretty much the last people there on Wednesday (6/8) night. Ordered the pretzel app, two burgers and a giant cake piece thing. Everything was delicious and would definitely stop by again soon if we weren't an hour away.

Red Robin stands to be a family favorite in our household. The all you can drink root beer floats for me and the wife to the bottomless Mac n cheese w/fries for the kids. Wait time, even on the busiest nights, never really takes as much time as your told they turn the tables over pretty quickly. We have only encountered a couple waitstaff that was less than great. So for now we will continue to visit this place at least once a week.
P.s.
Tonight I had something other then a burger, it was boneless chicken wings. So although their claim to fame is burgers they can still offer some delicious other entrees.

Ordered for four adults and one child (well my dog). Lol. We were all very happy with our orders. All exactly as ordered and delicious. Ordered using Active menus. Easy to use and as I said entire order was correct.

Food and service was extremely good. Ordered take out and the lady on the phone was very pleasant and friendly and helpful. When I got there to pick up my order the girl at the front was very nice and fast.

Food is always good here, but the lack of service people takes the enjoyment out of the experience. Arrived on a Sunday at 4:00pm to a half empty parking lot but people waiting outside. Then was told there would be a 30 minute wait even though the restaurant was half empty. They only had two servers working. Everything was slow and made the whole experience poor.

The food was okay, the service was attentive BUT I won't be going back.
1. Waiting for our table, full lobby but unorganized system. Didn't have buzzers or even a speaker to call people to their table. Just a hostess we could barely hear
2. The little ziosk screen on the table didn't work, nobody noticed or offered to switch it out with a new one.
3. The floor, the table and the menu's were sticky. And not like wiped down with cleaner sticky. More like spilt soda sticky.
4. My silverware was dirty
5. The bathroom just felt gross and the water was so cold!
6. I watched a waitress sweep up food on one side of the floor then walk past another pile of food and crumbs.
7. I watched the manager walk past us 4 times and never stopped to ask how everything was. I was dying to tell him.
Again, the food was edible and our waitress was nice enough, but everything felt so grimey it just ruined the experience. I won't be back.

Gone there twice both times spent almost $100 both times they screwed up out burgers , temps weren't right , and they put the wrong toppings on the wrong burger ( my boyfriend got my burger and he mine) felt rushed while eating our app. That wasn't cooked all the way.... had to repeat our order multiple times and the first time I went there the server was soo distracted and over touchy.... she forgot out drinks and had to ask us again what they were... screwed up our orders and just had us to the point where we weren't comfortable , and couldn't wait to leave to the point we didn't finish our food....

Verry disappointed in the service, was VERY SLOW. The burgers were good but the bottomless fries came with only about15 fries in the plate. When I ordered more fries, again only 15 fries. Then came desert, ordered the Gooey Chocolate Brownie Cake which was incredibly dry and hard.

I want to start with the good. We have been here once before and had no issues and liked it. This time however very disappointed. We went on Sunday at 3pm. It was not busy. We waited at the door at least 5 minutes with no one talking to us. This was not a big deal if the hostess was in the restroom or with another guest. when she did show up she seemed to have no idea what to do. When she decided to seat us in the bar. I asked if it would be o.k. if we sat in the dining room. This seemed to make her unhappy and she started walking down the ramp with some hand movement that I think was a wave to follow her. We were unsure of if she was looking for seating or if we were going to our seat. She turned seemed annoyed and waved her arm for us to follow. A this point I wondered if she was special needs and her job coach was on break. So we followed said thank you as she threw the menus on the table and said something as she was walking away. I wish this was all the bad stuff, its not:( We ordered our food , our waiter was fantastic. When the food came my husband went to take a bite of his and there was a very long hair in it. We notified our waiter. He brought it back to the kitchen. At this point we had noticed the hostess make laps around the restaurant numerous times...but do nothing. And more guests waiting for her to show up. The waiter brought an new plate over minus the hair. However no manager stopped by to follow up...No offers of taking that dish off the bill....or anything to make up for it. So chances are I won't be back. Nor can I recommend you spend your money there,

Horrible ordered double tavern and gourmet burger two drinks for 5.98 to get free burger upgraded to normal pattys extra cheese. Don't eat much so was splitting tavern
Got single cheese burger for 9.49 horrible. Cold fries and the take out messed up for last time won't be back!!!

One of my son's has food allergies. Our server took care to make sure our concerns were answered quickly and thoroughly.

My wife and I had the Billion Dollar Burger and it just might be the best tasting burger I've ever had. The burger was perfectly cooked. My wife concurs. Oh and of course I had to have the root beer float which made me happy.

They sat us at a table in the bar area. It was not busy. Our server was ok in the beginning but then seemed overwhelmed when another table came in. He didn’t come back to check in, refill drinks or see if we needed anything. The manager (I assumed she was) came over and took our dirty plates and glasses away. We ordered apps, burgers and desserts. I love Red Robin but feel like I’ll be going to the one at patriot place going forward.
