Nice place with reasonable DC prices. The downstairs and upstairs bars aren't always open, but the ground floor diner and bar are nice always. The rooftop isn't anything crazy as this is DC, but it's very pleasant. The downstairs bar has a nice vibe and sometimes does special events in the evenings.
Since I stayed at the Motto Hotel for 5 nights, I visited this restaurant about three times. I love the atmosphere, it is casual and chic, and the server was polite and friendly, so I can relax and enjoy the food and moments with my friends here.

Love the casual atmosphere! Our server was polite and attentive. The food was good. The pickled deviled eggs were esthetically pleasing and delicious. I had never had them before, and was not disappointed.
Super fun rooftop bar! They have a diner on the first floor and a basement whiskey bar too, but the rooftop is where it's at! Great views, great music, great cocktails!

Glad we stopped here for Sunday breakfast, the portions are large and the food is delicious. There are plenty of different sweet, savory, or healthy breakfast options. Their fried chicken is extra crispy and is awesome!

Finally, I was able to visit Crimson and I loved it. From the awe-inspiring rooftop view of downtown DC to the very cool Whiskey Bar on the lower level, Crimson hit the ball out of the park. Popped in here during recent DC trip for a drink and a view. We got both in spades. I went Manhattan because it had Basil Hayden. Not my usual drink but very tasty. The lady greeter downstairs was a hoot! Great sense of humor.
