I always have a pleasurable experience there. The food is delicious and the service impeccable! They also have a very extensive list of the best French wines you can find. Among my favorites are the salmon tartar and escargot 🐌 appetisers and for main course the veal cheeks and the salmon in potato
The food is incredibly tasty. Always consistent. It's not cheap but definitely far from overpriced. It's one of those places that even if it's not in your budget to go there often, the food is so good that you really want to go back. I almost always get the liver dish (and ironically mostly stick t
The positive reviews are accurate. The onion soup is incredible and I enjoyed my steak and eggs. My guest ordered the salad with chicken and eggs and he said the chicken was over cooked.
I hadn’t been here in years and was happy to visit again. Classic French fare in a cozy space. I had the terrine de foie gras and the trout almondine, both very good. I gave four stars instead of five because the cheese was not great and I feel like that’s the one thing a good French restaurant has
We reserved a table for valentines dinner. Very nice environment and service, wide selection of dishes, taste authentic. They ask for ID and vaccine proof before you go in.
The bread they gave us in the beginning was reheated stale bread. We were also seated very close to two other parties. Other than that the food was delicious and service was quick
Excellent ambiance and customer service! Delicious food! We received a gift to go try Bistrot Lepic and scheduled a reservation for a Wednesday night which happens to be Jazz Night! The band offered a great environment through their music. Highly recommended!
Small but great French restaurant for lunch and dining. Service is fast and the food is excellent, a pleasure to stay and enjoy. Looking forward to come back soon!
Christmas menu was lovely highly recommend the Branzino although I wanted the Lobster but they ran out 🙃
Simply great French food. Considering it's close to Georgetown, the prices are reasonable. For several glasses of wine, appetizer, entree and a shared dessert is was about $100 per person. I went for my anniversary and I would definitely go back. Several of the tables there where conversing in Frenc
Lovely gem of a restaurant with a French flair. Can get a little noisy when the downstairs dining area is filled with diners enjoying a noontime repast.
Delicious food. Better than some Michelin started places we have been to in DC. Les joues de veau and ile flotante were it.
Loved the live jazz ensemble on Wednesday's, very classy atmosphere. Did the 3 course prix fixe menu which was a good value but the food was definitely heavy so I was extremely full by dessert. It was overall pretty good food and I would go again but I wish the food had been executed slightly better
First dinner of summer restaurant week 2017- escargots, veal kidney, and salmon, with live music Service was top notch, even though it was a busy night, and food was delicious!
One of my favorite local restaurants in Georgetown. Very charming and great for a date night or family dinner. The staff love talking about the menu and always recommend the most delicious options. Cozy and casual atmosphere. A neighborhood spot!
Delicious food! Nice live music! Great wine and port choices.
