Federalist Pig - Washington DC - Photo album

One of the best restaurants I've visited. Everything here has a little BBQ or grilled hint to it. The Mac n Cheese is to die for, incredibly creamy, and it has a smoked flavor to it as well. The pork is phenomenal. My entire family loved the meals we got. The atmosphere is immaculate, too. It feels
Really solid BBQ with good portions. The sauces are incredible compliments to the meal. Cannot recommend the Sticky Garlic sauce enough. Wish they sold it in bottles!
We were greeted immediately by welcoming/knowledgeable team members which was great!! We ordered the feed the family meal and it was excellent!! The ribs, rib tips, pulled pork, and chicken were all great!! We got the Mac and cheese, baked beans and fries for sides. We enjoyed all of the food!! We w
Outstanding bbq. Food came out very quickly (7 minutes) at around 7pm so very surprising. The meat just fell off the bone. Will definitely be coming back.
I just flew in from Orlando, and my sister invited me to the Federalist Pig restaurant. The atmosphere was fantastic. The service was incredible. I had the beef spareribs and brisket along with the macaroni and cheese and the green beans. The mac & cheese tastes like my grandmother made it! It was
For BBQ was great. Atmosphere great for BBQ place. But real BBQ place brew their tea and not bottled. Nevertheless all was great.
If BBQ greets you before you enter the restaurant you know your belly is going to pleased. I had the opportunity to try a little bit of everything on the menu. The standout for me was the chopped brisket sandwich and the burnt ends made with tofu. For every sauce offered there was a protein that
Delicious! The dino bone beef rib was perfect (and gigantic), loved the bbq fries, Brussels sprouts, and mac. Will return soon!
Overall solid barbecue but looks can be slightly deceiving. The burnt ends, pulled pork and loaded fries were the best things they had but I was underwhelmed by the Mac and cheese (overcooked), ribs (over cooked) and green beans. I think it’s still a solid barbecue spot if you are in the area but th
Great food for reasonable prices and a wide selection of sauces. The service could be a bit better.
Federalist Pig, a "hole in the wall" kind of a place is definitely a great option for a fantastic BBQ. We were impressed specially by the superb brisket we got. The FEED THE FAM combo with 4 meats of your choice and 4 large sides was an excellent choice. Even for 4 adults the plate FEED THE FAM had
Still one of the best places for bbq and sandwiches in the city. Their sticky garlic sauce is addictive and the guys’ service is awesome. A pleasure to tip.
Staff are super welcoming! Always a great experience. The crispy brussels and cauliflower are the stuff of dreams. And greasy, fatty, flavorful meats…what else could you ask for? Nostalgic for the old restaurant with kitchen-adjacent seating.
Best BBQ in DMV? If someone knows a better spot I'm down to try it. I was skeptical but proven wrong. The sauces are out of this world, enjoy!
