Went on a date night w/ my Fiancé and had a GREAT time. The lady greeting and taking us to our table was soo friendly that I Automatically fell in love w the place. Food is AMAZING, music was great, and the staff were all so kind and on top of our orders. 10/10 definitely recommend.
Great place to enjoy a drink and excellent music. The staff took excellent care of us. The space is tight and reservations are recommended. We will be back!
We absolutely loved this restaurant. Pros The food was delicious. The band was incredible. The customer service was great. We made reservations and there was no wait upon arrival. Did I mention the food was delicious lol?! Cons Be prepared to pay because it is costly for entrées and drinks. My fia
Took my hubby there for his birthday, when we got there it was packed. We had reservations but still had to wait 25 minutes for the next available seating Honestly because the atmosphere was awesome and the hostess was attentive with a pleasant demeanor, it was worth the wait! The food and drinks ar
A fantastic place with wonderful food and vibes. We got a table close to the band. All of our dishes were delicious. We had the New Zealand mussels, Crispy calamari, the Lobster ravioli, Cajun pork chop & shrimp, and the New Zealand lamb chops. Reserve your table in advance. Definitely recommended!
I’ve been trying to find the perfect day time to eat at Jojos and it was worth the wait! Let’s start with the pros: It’s very intimate but with such a welcoming feel. I had the calamari for a starter and that’s probably some of the best calamari I’ve had, followed by the lamb for the main course an
We came here for happy hour, and we thought it was amazing. The food was cheap, I got the ribs and it was only $10 and came with fries. What a steal! Ribs were great and I would 100% come back for some more. Also $5 happy hour drafts and some other cheaper drinks like cocktails. We all loved the fo
The Blackened Salmon w/ Bacon Wrapped Shrimp was delicious, but the ribeye was fattier than I would’ve liked. Regardless, the service was great. The ambiance is very intimate. I didn’t know the restaurant is multi level. The live music is on the first floor, and unfortunately, sitting on the second
While visiting Washington, D.C. for my husband's birthday, I decided to make reservations at this Restaurant/Bar Jazz club. The ambience was romantic and the live band was an added plus. The band even played Happy Birthday to my husband and another guest. The food was delicious. I would definite
The live music is definitely the best asset of this restaurant. Its 10 dollars for the the music. We were expecting more on the food, the fries and apple tart were the best of all. The ambiance is so cozy and inviting. I’ll come back for the music and the desserts.
Jojo has a jazz bar/club downstairs and dining upstairs. They make a mighty effort to combine the two. The upstairs has a large-screen TV view of the stage which is nice, but, if you were hoping to experience a live jazz performance during dinner, it desn't quite make the grade. The music downsta
First, I love the atmosphere at Jojo. This is a jazz club that usually has live music each night. Great music on during my visit. I ordered the drunken steak and the penne pasta. The pasta had chicken and sausage which gave the dish a welcoming creole feel. The drunken steak was cooked a perfect med
Happy hour specials from 5 to 7. Calamari and Buffalo wings were tasty. The entire staff was very welcoming as this was our first time there. The ambience was great. Live entertainment five days a week.
Cozy, unpretentious and authentic. This small, dimly-lit, brick-lined bar had live jazz music, fairly priced food (large portions!) and drinks. It's the kind of place where the performers have a drink at the bar and chat with patrons between sets. A refreshing change from other overpriced "fancy" r
Fantastic restaurant that takes you back in time by delivering an experience with a jazz ensemble in the small cozy dining room. Delicious all American fare with absolutely delicious steaks. Creamy buttery and delicious with the perfect sides. Pricing is reasonable and service is quick and friendly.
Date night success at this absolutely amazing find in DC. 🥂⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Checked reviews for JoJos prior to visiting the DC area and quickly made reservations confident that we would be in for a treat. They certainly did not disappoint! Note: there is a $ 10 per person entertainment charge on Fridays
Wonderful atmosphere, live band was on point…100%. Food was absolutely amazing, and to have all of that under one roof is truly ideal. Next time I’m near DC, Jojo’s is definitely a must.
This place was PERFECTION! Shot out to our waiter we called him DK (I can't remember his real name sorry) who was GREAT‼️ Excellent Customer Service and the food was AMAZING! THE BAND WAS PHENOMENAL! The Lady at the front door who greets everyone was so sweet and nice. Oh I can't wait to go BACK❤️
