Celebrated hubby's birthday at Tonic. The front patio was a bit colder than we wanted so we were directed to the back patio. The outside temp was around 40°. The back patio was also an outside patio but was heated to 70°! That was perfect!! I ordered the coconut curry wings and hubs ordered the turkey burger. The food was EXCELLENT!!! We are DEFINITELY going back!!!

We had the opportunity to visit this fine establishment at the request of a photo booth client. The location was easy to find and parking was a breeze! We did not order from the menu but instead had the food served to the event attendees. Chicken Satay, Thai meatballs, herb grilled cheese sandwiches, and triple chocolate brownies were the items and they were all delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return!

Ate there late last night with my husband. We were in town for one night and asked the front desk at our hotel the State Plaza where to go for a good late night bite to eat. I worked in the industry for 10 years and my husband has his whole life and is a chef. Everything was on point! Hostess, service and quality of food! So nice to have a great experience. Very highly recommended! Professionals all the way! Try the totachos! Loved them!

Friendly crowd in the middle of the GWU campus and across the street from the Textile Museum. A wonderful spot for a Sunday brunch or game. As a Quigley, of course it's a number one spot to bring friends. Everyone needs a little Tonic via a tater tot.

Eating out with food allergies is tough. Tonic was able to adapt meals to meet our needs. Thank you!!! (Dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free, sesame-free, peanut-free)

We came since we just arrived in DC, and this was within walking distance from our hotel. It was also during Happy Hour where they had great food and drink specials. The vibe and appearance reminded you of something out of Harry Potter. They had multiple seating levels. We sat on the second floor. Our waitress was Dominique, Dom for short. She was very thorough. She explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. She gave us all water as we were seated. Next, she took our drink order. We ordered 2 cokes and a Mocktail. The sodas were good as sometimes fountain sodas can be flat. These weren't. The mocktail (All Bark, No Bite) was like a Ginger Beer flavor. It was really good. We ordered the Tim's Chicken tots, the Big Mac n Cheese with Pork Belly. Cajun Eggrools, Squidwards Seafood Pasta, and the Tonic Burger. Everything was surprisingly fresh and delicious. You could tell that it was all made to order. The burgers were thick and delicious. The eggrolls were so good, and the dipping sauce was so flavorful. They should jar it and sell it. The one disappointment was the pork belly on the Man n Cheese. This is why the food didn't get 5 stars. The pork belly had an odd flavor that we weren't expecting. It was too sweet or something. It just wasn't what we were expecting. There also wasn't a lot of it on top of the Mac n cheese. The bathrooms were very clean. There was also an elevator. They also have shelves where you could leave a book or take a book. That was nice. All in all, we'd definitely go back. Our waitress was very good!!!!

Located on the GW campus, Tonic At Quigley’s is a great place to hang out with friends. They have an outdoor dining area, which isn’t huge, but is quite good. Food prices are affordable, and food here tastes good.

Reliable mainstay of the GWU and Foggy Bottom area catering to both students and federal workers. Upstairs and outside seating, booths, and tables. Fairly simple but all American menu.

Stopped here for dinner while in town. The food was just the right quantity, and the quality of food was flavorful and hearty. We ordered the flight to start as drinks. Pulled pork sandwich with Tots, and I ordered the honey hot sandwich with Tots. The honey hot sandwich did have some spice to it, but just the right amount.

Went for a later dinner after a performance. Food was decent. My seafood chowder was creamy and perfectly seasoned. The hubby's burger was just a burger. Our kid really like the chicken bites. Both the server and host were very sweet. The manager and the boh staff were openly upset that we arrived 45 minutes before the kitchen closed. Oh well.

Not bad, good happy hour deals. Food is kinda gross though and it's unfortunately a huge after work spot, so it gets pretty busy.
