Solid brunch spot - not amazing, but solid! If you want bottomless mimosas/bloody Mary’s, then it’s a great option! The Bloody Mary is basically an appetizer, haha! Rum punch is yummy! They have some coffee drinks, but no espresso. Food was pretty good - with the exception of the steak & eggs… that steak was WELL DONE… not medium, but it already came out significantly later than my partner’s food, so I wasn’t going to send it back at that point. Service was veryyyyyy slow, but friendly. Good, not great.
It's always a treat to dine here. The staff, with special mentions to Jennifer, Amanda, Ana and Fatu, are very gracious and accommodating. Anything from turkey or meat dinners, fish, salads, or pizza are a sure bet. A nice to take a special someone for a quiet dinner.
This was the best brunch of our lives! No where else in D.C. can you get $22 bottomless for a table of 11 with impeccable service and great food! They were so accommodating and nice! Jennifer and Mohammad were the best!! 10/10 recommend Trio for the yummiest and most fun brunch in DC
We love it here! Every time come here it’s been amazing! The food, the drinks and the staff make our experience what it is. We have been served by staff who are superb! Everyone here is so welcoming and loving, the food is so tasty, we’ve been here 3 times and we will be back!
I am soooo glad we came here for brunch last weekend. I was planning my friends b day and was trying to find a brunch place on Wednesday - not always easy in DC! I was able to book a 15 person table! Their patio is very spacious so plenty of room for us all. Mohammed, the manager, was so helpful in getting my reservation secured and then during brunch, he was very attentive to our table. Our mimosa glasses were never empty! He also helped me surprise my friend with cake. I had the corned beef Benedict which was amazing! My eggs were more hard boiled than soft but I didn’t mind. I can’t wait to come back again!
Great and calm place to have a bite in town. Steaks were really delicious and the salad was good.
I love Trio's and have been frequenting the restaurant since 2011. It's located onna row of nice restaurants on 17th, and does well with brunch and lunch. The bistro has indoor and outdoor seating, as well as the bar. The restaurant is clean and the bathroom has some cool relics to check out.
I love the selection offered, the oysters and soups are delicious. I love the salmon and pot roast. The pizza is the bomb. Prices are a little high, but portion sizes are generous.
Shout out to Amanda, the best waitress ever. If you get her, treat her well!

Everything about this place was great! The ribs were so tender and just fell off the bone good! Staff is courteous and professional; especially our waiter Brian!!! He got everything right and answered all questions. Even the manager was polite and checked on us. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Will definitely be back!
The food had flavor, so that an improvement from some places in DC Ive been. The fish was tasty. The vegetables also tasted like they were cooked in sauces and/or spices. Basically it looked like some preparation was done before the food was cooked. The salad had beets which added flavor. Overall, the food was tasty and the scene was small and personable. Id recommend
Ana and Jennifer were awesome! The rainbow shots for our friend were perfectly timed, the food was great, and they were super attentive.
The food was probably as fresh as I had had it in a long time. They used real eggs with nice orange yolks, real butter, and nothing that will make your food go right through your gut.
The service was a little lacking, no sugar, extra napkins for 3 kids 😒...
The price overall for DC was great. Just don't order too many hot chocolates, or your bill will skyrocket.
This place has remained as good as it has always been, I think I've come there 15 years ago and it was great then.
Service was great, and I enjoyed my western omelet, home fries, bacon, and toast. The seats were comfortable, and the air conditioning inside felt great, given how hot it was outside.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE GREAT FOOD!!!! The service was so sweet! We were given a cake for a my grandma’s birthday who wasn’t even present! Going to be a regular here! Menu was large and everything was great!
The only reason I gave them a four for atmosphere, was because we arrived just after a thunderstorm, so it was rather empty. Absolutely outstanding food and service. Perfect run punch!
