Service was attentive in just the right way. Food was served delicious and fresh. We had a variety of vegetarian appetizers family style. Our entrees were two vegetarian dishes, one chicken and one lamb for a family of four. Many of the menu items were new to us and the server was very helpful in s
I was very impressed with our experience this Monday. We loved the music and the decor is beautiful. More importantly, the food was delicious! We had the railway lamb curry, and the goat curry. Both dishes were absolutely fantastic! We filled up on samosas and lamb seekh appetizers, so we have lots
Arguably the best lamb vindaloo in DC! Excellent service on a Thursday night. I have passed by this restaurant many times and finally decided to give this a try. It is indeed a hidden gem in the neighborhood. Consistent quality at a reasonable price. Half price bottles of wine on Thursday evenings.
Great Indian restaurant, I have never had a poor experience and the food is consistently great. Service can be lacking but the food makes up for it by far.
One of the best Indian restaurant in DC! I go to this restaurant almost every other week. The staff is very friendly and the chef cooks authentic Indian food. You can’t got wrong with anything on the menu.
The food was fantastic. Masala art is a quiet nice restaurant that offers great authentic Indian food. The service here was great as well. I was a big fan of all the nan options to go with your food. When I'm in the area I would for sure stop by here again.
This isn my go to spot for Indian food in the city. Less trendy than other better known Indian restaurants in the city but on par quality wise. Paneer, naan and the chicken with cashew and saffron gravy is signature combo.
Just an amazing restaurant. Reasonably priced, delicious and quality food.
absolutely PHENOMENAL food- would recommend a million times!!! staff is super friendly.
The food was delicious, the servicer was gracious and accommodating. I'm not an unabashed fan of Indian cuisine but I'm glad I allowed myself to be talked into dining at Masala Art.
I was considering a 4 star review bc the waitress seemed really pushy at first, barely giving us enough time to see the menu but she ended up being very helpful and kind and incredibly attentive. The food was absolutely amazing, can't recommend the goat cheese Naan enough! Everything was piping hot
Outstanding Indian restaurant often overlooked. Delicious and delicate flavors, well executed dishes with authentic spice and presentation. Owner oversees service and makes every effort to make your meal memorable. Favorites are all their Briyani rice dishes, Elaichi Gosht and Murgh Tikka Masala.
I love Masala Art. Their delivery is always fantastic. I love the level of spice - it’s always flavorful and not just hot for the sake of being hot. I’ve never ordered something I didn’t like. The chicken is always so tender. The price is a little higher than some other Indian places, but the food i
Best Indian food in the immediate area. Really nice flavors in some of the dishes. Ask owner / manager for recommendations. Just opened back up for lunch with a special menu.
The restaurant looks a little bare, but the tables are nicely separated and the place is very clean and bright. The menu is a bit limited for an Indian restaurant, but the dishes they do have we're done very well. They have a nice selection of vegetarian dishes. they did not give the option of how h
