The food here was phenomenal, the water was the best I've ever had!! So crisp and clear. We got the family platter 2 (feeds 5-6) and one entree for our party of six (the entree was for the hungry young man who wanted more). The food was very good, only thing is that the family platter may not feed fully a party of 6 if everyone is going to eat a lot. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect, highly recommend! The hummus was our highlight!!
Photos are from when everyone was pretty much done eating (we're bringing home leftovers to our other son who's lazy and didn't want to join the family meal).
Came here and had some very tasty food … I got the chicken pita wrap and my friend got the kebab plate. Both were very nice and well seasoned, lots of food on the kebab plate. Loved the side sauces.
Absolutely delicious food and amazing value! The beef was SO juicy and flavorful. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 recommend!
We visited this place as a group of two families. They offered us some n great deal enough for all of us. The were so honest and friendly.
Food is delicious, place was good the team was so nice. Great place worth visiting when at the Georgetown
Everything was delicious, especially the platter. The water was a true highlight. I drank it all. Truly exquisite food, will return. I recommend eating here
One of the best Kabobs in the city. The food is always delicious. My wife had the stake and rice and I had the chicken and rice. Both were delicious. The service excellent. This time we order to go because we had our little dog and couldn’t dine in.
This is a place that I highly recommend.
If your driving park on north of M street. There is always parking on a meter or free if your willing to walk a block or two.
I can’t believe I was missing out on this delicious food 😍. The kabob was so juicy and food was fresh.
SO GOOD EAT HERE 10/10. water was so good and the food was amazing. hummus was literally life changing. after eating here i feel like a changed person. tzatziki was so good too btw. only bad thing is i wanted more hummus. everything was cooked perfectly and didn’t have a bad bite of anything
An amazing casual Persian place right in the heart of Georgetown. From the outside it’s hard to tell what kind of cuisine they serve. It’s a cute little place with amazing food. They do have a few tables on the sidewalk. You order at the counter. Loved the Kashak-o-bademjan and the spicy ground chicken kabob. It’s says spicy but it’s really not that spicy but very flavorful. Was so hungry that I forgot take pic of the food:)
I’ve had dinner in this store in Georgetown a few times and everything was very fresh I’ve even gone to the Kingstown location in Virginia and it’s very good also. I’m leaving a 4 star because most of the time I have a good experience. This last time really disappointed me. Two days ago I ordered Uber Eats I ordered Chicken Kabobs and I guess two sides of salad (it was a little confusing on the Uber eats app). The chicken was good the salad was a little brown, wilted and all of the juices from the chicken made the salad soggy. I ordered extra pita and was going to share it with some of our employees but I ended up throwing it away because they gave me pita that was not fresh it was hard like cardboard. (Usually it’s soft and warm) I’m pregnant and have three weeks to go until I give birth and I ordered Uber eats on my way to our store so I could work and eat I was looking forward to this Dinner but this time was bad. It was $25 dollars and I felt so disappointed. I would suggest putting the chicken on the side maybe (wrapped in foil) would have been better. Definitely don’t give customers old pita because they will notice. Contemplating if I will return to this location.
amazing persian restaurant in the DC area. the rice is so good and fluffy, the ground beef was super flavorful, and the chicken was so juicy. the order comes with bread and two great sauces. overall so delicious!
We had the combo lamb and ground beef with half rice and half salad as well as the Joojeh sandwich. It was very good!
Nicely located in Georgetown for a quick bite.
Would definitely recommend if you want a good taste of Kabob without having to spend a long time waiting.
Food was good. Worker was extremely patient. Will return.
I came back after 18 years and so happy to see it was still open and the food was just as delicious as I remember. The price was shockingly cheaper than Miami. I ADORE this place and now they have seating. 💚
Tried their spicy ground chicken Kabob and loved it. It is not that spicy, contrary to what the name says, and the rice that you get tastes great as well! Overall, I really liked the place and would love to visit again!
Scrumptious! The flavor out of this world. The eggplant appetizer is amazing.
I believe this is one of the tastiest kabobs I have ever ate, all fresh made and the pita was wonderful too. To top it off, in Georgetown, it is one of the most affordable.
We ordered the eggplant with pita, falafal and a chicken skewer.
The eggplant relish was the bestest we have ever eaten. Highly reccomend. The chicken skewer was ok.. kinda dry.., would not order again . The falafel was good as well.
