Great sandwich and actually made a 2nd trip for another sandwich. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful by advising what is best on menu. Place is clean and service is quick and efficient. Going to stop in again for another visit
Went out to lunch with a few co workers. The place is super cute and the service was fast. Will definitely be going back.
My sandwich tasted good. The line gets rather long during lunch, but the employees keep it moving at a good pace. The employees were also courteous.
So, this is exactly what we needed ! After traveling 5+ hours we needed to eat somthing “safe” so we called in some sandwiches ! One of the best choices we made ! I've missed the Wreck. Great all around sandwich- roasted to toppings are the best and the vanilla shake is great too.
Potbelly is great! The staff here is fantastic, the sandwiches are great. 10/10 will always recommend. That said, do not order using doordash for three reasons:
1. Doordash sucks.
2. It's way more expensive via doordash even if you're just picking it up.
3. Doordash sucks.

My husband and I visited this fast food chain for the first time ever. The associate who took care of us was great! I wish I could recall his name.
None of us had an idea about the menu and he guided us all the way thru. We even got complementary potato chips! We usually don't frequent fast food
LOVED this place! We got here around 11 15 that morning and just missed the lunch rush, so we got our food immediately and could find a seat. Show up after 1130 during the week and you might be waiting outside to order... BUT it's so worth it! Great food, great staff, great prices.
