This place consistently provides excellent food and fabulous service. My favorite dishes are the Chef's Signature Tibs, kik and Latena salad. The staff often convinces me to try something new, and I've never had anything that isn't phenomenal. The beef is awesome, but this is also a great option for vegetarians and vegans. They even have gluten free injera! I love supporting this small business in Columbia Heights!

We had the veggie platter plus a small beef stew dish. Good portions for two adults plus an 8 month old baby. Everything was delicious, we especially loved the carrots. A nice combo of casual dining with some table service after ordering, similar to Nando's Peri Peri. Nice menu, good place to take kids or just adults! Definitely recommend. I'll be back to try coffee and some of the other dishes!

My family loves this place--friendly staff and owners, great food, good prices, and kid-friendly. What more could you ask for? Our favorite order is the Kay Siga Wot plus a vegetarian sampler--which is enough for our family of three, with a serving for leftovers for the next day. Cannot say enough good things about this place!
