West Wing Cafe On Penn. Ave. - Washington DC - Photo album

West wing Cafe has been a staple in my mornings the past week while working in DC. From a great drink selection to solid and hearty sausage egg & cheeses, this place has a lot to offer. The staff are nice and quick to take your order, which would be super helpful if they were packed, but unfortunat
This place was okay. Sandwiches were small for the price. The bowls were good. There was a homeless person sitting at one of the tables and made people uncomfortable. Service was okay. I probably won't be back.
Excellent sandwich shop in the heart of DC. We ate at the 12th Street location twice last week and were very happy with the quality and service. Our group of 4 had a variety of sandwiches and everything was great. I personally had the club sandwich both times and loved it. Everything was ver
Great sandwich, expensive but that’s DC. She filled up my water bottle when I asked. Super friendly, will come back when in DC again
The quality of the bread alone would be a deciding factor in choosing this Cafe over other sandwich shops. I had a quick pleasant experience ordering online for pickup. Reserving 1 star because I was slightly disappointed to open my chicken parm sandwich to find deli style chicken instead of the cla
It was hard to find a sit down restaurant for breakfast here in Washington DC. We ate here before one of our tours and it was pretty good. We still had to go to the counter and we were served in Styrofoam containers but it was still OK. It was a self serve but they still prepared the food for you.
Tasty, a bit pricey for a rather small portion. They should include a side.
Way better than expected. The food seems a little pricey but the quality is exceptional (as is the customer service). Super fresh, quick, and delicious, will definitely come back! It's a little hard to find the entrance but just keep walking till you see the tables
Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel. It was really good, breakfast sandwich was filling and the price was very reasonable. Thumbs up.
Wish we found this place sooner. FRESH made breakfast sandwiches that are heads and tails BETTER than the many local coffee shop breakfast sandwiches. You decide what you want on your sandwich rather than a pre-made warmed over sandwich.
Delicious sandwiches, made with very fresh ingredients. Definitely will return here. Not your average sandwich shop!
Superb! I think pitched at the local office crowd (we’re tourists in DC), but staff are friendly and courteous and both the Reuben and New York sandwiches were first rate.
We used West Wing for a catering event in the Ronald Regan Building. Heather (the lead manager) went above and beyond to make sure our event was a success. The food was fresh and the portions were perfect! The price is just right. Make sure to use West Wing for any of your catering events.
I found this little gem this week, warm and toasty atmosphere. Friendly folks, that are more than willing to help you. I had a breakfast sandwich earlier this week and a fresh bagel today. Great hot sandwiches are on the menu also. Just a skip off of Pennsylvania Ave, these folks have been respectfu
Super tasty sandwiches made to order. Don't think I've ever had one I didn't like. The quality of meats, cheeses, and breads is great. Very friendly service too. During lunch hours there might be a line but you can see that they're quick behind the counters and get your food to you as fast as possib
I was overjoyed to find an affordable place with good food so near to the National Mall. Sandwiches were priced mostly around $8.99, and the sandwich I tried was substantial (full-sized slices of bread, packed with meat) and tasty. Their bibimbap (starting at $9.99) is also delicious, perfect for an
