Harry's Pub - Washington DC - Photo album

Only a 5 stars for what it's worth: a dive bar. If you want an eclectic alcoholic infused facility with gluttonous food options & a lively 80s infused music culture -- this is your spot. I tried the chili. It was large, filled with cheese, onions, & jalapenos. It was served with plentiful crackers &
Had a good lunch at Harry's. I will be honest while visiting the D.C. area I wasn't impressed with the food we had. But, we had lunch at Harry's and it was very good! We just shared a salad, a club sandwich, and a basket of tator-tots. It was a huge club! It was so good! The service was good, the fo
The potatoes were absolutely fantastic, but the vegetables had absolutely no seasoning or butter, completely nothing. The fries and the pork chop were quite good, though. The water tasted moldy, I didn’t drink it. I’m guessing they haven’t cleaned the ice machine in a while or something.
Located in the historic Harrington Hotel. Must walk through the adjacent hotel lobby for some history. Had the charbroiled burger with chips, wife had the fried shrimp and fries. Food and service were good. Nice portions. Omar was very attentive. Free popcorn to have with your beer.
We really enjoyed our burgers at Harry’s! Cooked very well and medium, as we asked. They are BIG, and juicy! I couldn’t finish mine, which made my husband happy! We also ordered a side of onion rings…tasty, crispy, & not greasy! The burgers also come with a yummy crunchy dill pickle spear and a small
We came after attending a comedy show at Warner Theater. Our waiter (forgot his name i think it began with a G) was nice & professional. The food was good. We will visit again.
Really not your typical place or crowd. Definitely the type of corner jiloint you'd see in a movie. This is not stuffy Washington DC. Mixed crowd, some there to drink, some to eat, a few tourists, but most seemed like locals. The bartender was friendly, and she seemed to know everyone. It's a littl
Had dinner at this place and got the burger with fries. Tasted great and was very delicious. Minutes walk away from the White House. Friendly staff as well.
One of the very best OG dive bars in the DMV. I was instantly transported back to better times, and the bartender Justin was just as friendly (and fast) as OG bartenders are. Cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburger were good - not complicated - and they didn’t need a safe space.
My visit there was great. The service was brilliant, food was delicious, it wasn't too expensive and the meal was huge!
This was a nice choice to grab lunch after the White House tour and heading towards the Capitol for that tour. The food was absolutely delicious and the prices are more than fair. The staff did a great job, today they seemed to be short staffed, but did a good job.
Great spot. Came here a few years back with a friend. We enjoyed the fried chicken and lobster roll. *Update* came back here 5 years later and still enjoyed the food. Prices are reasonable considering the area and it wasn’t packed on a busy Sat afternoon.
Stopped in after a fun night tour and loved the atmosphere! A real local place with great people , amazing bartender and friendly regular patrons made the experience even more enjoyable. The menu has all you need and the food was delicious! We were able to catch the last part of the game on and
Lunch. 9-21. Truly a dive. In the best sort of way. Covered sidewalk dining which we did. Rueben sandwich was an A+. Turkey club was an A. Service was spotty but there. Menu had a decent variety. Great experience outside. Not for the "pinkies up" crowd. Would go back in a heartbeat
Loved the place. The owner and staff were great folks. We're heading back to DC soon and hope we will be able to visit again before it's torn down. Harry's has been there for over 100 years. We will be sad if it's gone before we return.
