Only bad thing was the service.. the guy putting the ingredients was rude and so not friendly.. the lady taking the order was nice though.
This location did an amazing job. The folks behind the counter were friendly and welcoming. I had a big wreck it was tasty and well made. Keep up the good work.
I ordered the Pizza sandwich on flatbread. It’s was very good. Friendly staff was very helpful and told me of all the extras I could put on it. I like the style of the place. Very clean restroom as well.
I ordered for pick up. The food was so good. Although the soup was a bit cold. That's the only reason for the 4 stars. Vacationing in Washington and trying places out. Potbelly was very good.
The staff here was so friendly and welcoming. A native of DC, Tyreek's energy matched that of the bustling city around us. He and Crystal were smiling and joking and clearly enjoy interacting with the wide variety of people that come into the restaurant. oh, and that is before we even get to the foo

I got "A Wreck" and an Italian here and I gotta say that wreck was the best sub sandwich I've ever had. The Italian was good too.
Weekends are not usually all that crowded. During the week have lots of tourists from the nearby hotels and people working in the west end office buildings. Overall solid sandwhiches and service if you time it right
Perry is great with customer service. He remembered me when I came in and I don't visit that often. I was impressed with that level of attention to the customer. Friendly service. Clean facility. Fresh ingredients. Excellent sandwich artists. Fast check out. I will continue to bring my business here
This place is amazing the most kindhearted staff. They were very accommodating and made some of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. These men deserve a raise!! Such a wonderful environment too, I'm really happy we stopped here before our trip to DC ended. Reasonable pricing as well!
I was in town for a basketball tournament and ordered over 30 sandwiches for a team at this location. The customer service was outstanding, they even called after getting the order because they were worried I didn’t have a sandwich next to my name. They were even kind enough for us to use their cart
Great sandwiches and phenomenal customer service! I never experienced such great service at any other Potbelly location. It was a pleasant and welcomed surprise. Keep up the great work New Hampshire Ave team!
First time in DC trying potbelly, came here for lunch food was good made made own meal, will be back again.
My wife took me to Potbelly’s and I enjoyed it. We were not disappointed we had a chicken sandwich. It was so delicious and also the staff was friendly and served to please. We will definitely come back again.
