Best sandwiches in DC. It’s a local staple only open for weekday lunches. The G-Man on hard bread, meatball sub, and turkey and cheese are so good. Definitely recommend calling ahead or making an order online so you don’t have to wait for your sandwich. Take out only.

THE BEST cold cut subs I have ever had!!! The best in the DC to me!! I always get the Big 'G', it's the G-Man with extra meat and cheese. Don't know of another sub shop that automatically puts provolone AND fontina cheese on their cold cuts.....that's good stuff!! This sub makes me happy! 😊
Unreal sandwich! Lived up to all the hype and reviews. I’ve been looking for a go-to deli in DC and this deli shop is it. The ingredients are fresh, the sub roll (soft) is flavorful and easy on the bites, and the mixtures of meats with the provolone is complimentary in the sub.

The meats are delicious, then add the oil & vinegar, and topped off with Italian seasoning…all on a perfect Italian roll so hard you could use it as a hammer. Well worth any price.
