The first thing you see when you exit the 18th Street Farragut West Metro. Very clean, friendly service, and a nice place to enjoy a drink or snack.
I love Pret! Their coffee is delicious and contains less calories than Starbucks. (It's cheaper too!) They have a huge selection of ready made foods that were made the same day. Any leftovers at the end of the night go to the less fortunate! The employees are always kind, helpful and have smiles on
My experience at Pret is always phenomenal. The ladies there - cayla, lisa, yesenia, and Martha - all bring positivity and light to every morning! They run a textbook show on how to treat people and I couldn’t recommend this Pret more simply due to the management. Thank you!!!
Pret A Manger at 18 & I street is best coffee shop in town by far!!!

This morrocan chicken snack is delicious you have to try it. And don’t forget the charcoal shots too.
Fine place on I street and not just because the next food's Starbucks is so plain awful. But true, the Pret a Manger has everything the Starbucks does not have; very friendly staff, great service and not the smell of stale beans.
If you have a choice, go to this Pret a Manger instead of next door's
This is the best Pret! The staff are all so friendly and they are also incredibly fast at making delicious coffee drinks. The food is also excellent-especially the pastries and sandwiches-but it's the quality of the service at this particular Pret that really makes it stand out. Love this place!

I left my backpack here and the staff found it and stored it for me all weekend. When I came to pick it up Monday I tried to buy a sandwich and seltzer as a thank you and the manager said no no, you're fine and gave me my purchases free instead! It was so kind and absolutely made my day :)
I go to this Pret at least twice a week to grab breakfast. The morning crew are FANTASTIC!! Everyone is polite, friendly, helpful and they acknowledge their customers. The service is quick and they help you get your day off on the right foot. Thanks team!
Really nice staff and selection of organic coffee and fresh eats. Although they have some meat, dairy, and egg free items, the selection is pretty limited. I look forward to more if those options for breakfast (outside of oatmeal) and lunch.
