When we arrived in a Wednesday at the busy hour of 5:00, we were told that there may be wait for service since they were short staffed- and there was little to NO wait. We visited the bar and were served quickly by a VERY cheerful server and were free to take our drinks to a table and wait, and within minutes we had a server. She was also very pleasant, very efficient and also happy to help us. The food was good, the wine pours were fantastic and the place was absolutely packed. I met Karen there, who is excited to be returning soon and has been a customer at this location for years. She said the service never wavered through the pandemic, and told me that made a loyal customer of her. This was my second visit in two years- and I agree!

I eat here every time I’m in the train station. It’s very good deep dish. Weekday lunch special of Deep dish and salad is fabulous. Service is satisfactory. I’ll be back on the next trip to DC.
Had lunch here on a Saturday around 1:15pm. Lots of tables open, however due to staffing levels there was a 15min wait. Food was fantastic, and our waiter was great. I recommend you check this place out if you like deep dish pizza and give a little grace as the staff is literally running.
The food is fantastic. If you're in a hurry, I highly encourage the crab and shrimp dish; it is impeccable. The service is wonderful. Brittany, Jasmine, and Amber especially show such a kind, genuine, and personable manner to each patron that enters the establishment. They are exceptional in every way. The ideal spot to go to, the best part of DC, especially when traveling, and managing the stressful part of traveling
We used to come here and enjoyed it, had not been back for a while. Return experience was great. Farmers market deep dish pizza was excellent. Could not finish large size so we took rest home and got another hearty meal out of it. Service by Amber was exceptional. She was attentive, upbeat, knew the menu. Super conscientious about checking ingredients to ensure nothing that would affect wife’s allergy. Chose outside patio, which as we knew can be a little noisy but provides a nice view of the union station interior. Thanks for a nice date night experience!
Everything was delicious! Came here with my family 2 weeks ago! Our waiter was very friendly as well. The service was pleasant and fast. We enjoyed everything here. Definitely recommend!

Amber and Empress were perfect! They served our group of a 100! They were organized, quick and very kind! It was a good dinner, I loved the variety and how fast they were to refill! Thank you so much!

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon in the latter part of August 2023 around 330pm.
We were a group of 2 and were seated promptly upon walking in.
The bartender tended to us as we were seated in his section. He arrived to the table quickly and took our order and drink order.
All the employees were wearing a shirt, which read "be patient, there's like three of us." There were more than 3 employees but I personally liked the shirt.
The food was excellent. We are used to the shrimp and crab dip at home Unos in Garrett County, MD so it tasted different, but excellent. Our pizzas were deep dish individuals and they came quickly and accurately.

While the food at Uno was good, the service was incredibly good. Our server, Amber, was polite and timely. Having eaten out many times since the pandemic, she provided us with some of the best service we’ve had in over three years. I would definitely eat there again.
A great value for the price. The deep dish pizza is great and a cost effective way to feed kids while you are out on the go. The toppings are tasty and the deep dish pizza is stacked with them. The server was friendly but the poor gal seemed overwhelmed by the area she was covering alone. Despite that she did well and the atmosphere is about as good as you can expect at the metro station.

We had a great time! The pizza was delicious! The atmosphere was inviting and friendly. Above all, the service was amazing! If you get a chance to stop by, ask for Amber (not me btw). She was very attentive, extremely professional and definitely service oriented. Bonus… she makes great sweet tea! And I’m from the south so that means a lot!
This is an odd location, fitted into an available spot in Union Station, and it gives the place a sort of charm & ambiance. You can see the vaulted roof of the station halls, and some tables look out over the halls themselves.
The food is good, and the folks working here are friendly. Would happily recommend this place.
