Duplex Diner - Washington DC - Photo album

I’ve enjoyed Duplex for 10+ years, mostly on M Nights when items like Meatloaf that start with M are half price. The same items that are regular price the 6 other days of the week. It’s a fun place where I’ve taken many friends over the years. All the stars are taking $$$’s into consideration. It’s
Got the burger with cheddar and sweet potato fries. The burger was cooked perfectly with a light fluffy bun. It was the right amount of juicy. The fries were a good mix of crunchy soft. The customers all seemed very happy and the staff was kind.
Duplex is a standard in the repertoire at this point. It’s the vibe, the people, and the homeyness to the food. Tuesdays are my absolute fave with 1/2 price domestic beers and burgers. Mondays are also epic with 1/2 price menu items that start with “M” (get the meatloaf). Regardless, Duplex is a
Went with my girl for brunch. Food was good. I ordered the duplex; it came with choice of eggs (I did mine scrambled w/ cheese), side (i ordered grits) and either bacon or sausage- I chose bacon. I put hot sauce on my grits lol. we both got the brunch pitcher with mimosas. She ordered breakfast burr
There are some places that are magical this place is one of them. DJ good vibes. Bartenders good vibes. Hostess good vibes. Bring good energy and this place will welcome you with open arms. Be kind and this place will get you drunk. It's the perfect welcome to the AdMo neighborhood and is a beacon f
Great food, good drinks. Lots of sailors. Busy place but we were seated quickly. Staff was friendly and courteous. Grilled cheese could have used some mayo for bread that thick. All in all, a great place for a bite and a drink.
Been a couple times during our week visit. Dinner, appetizers another time and even brunch one day all were cooked to perfection. their food is picture perfect they taste great. The staff is cute and fun and the place to self has a great atmosphere.
Place is small but waitresses are super nice and the mimosas were on point.
Was in DC for the weekend. Glad I came here. One of the better brunches I had in quite a while. (Kinda gave up on NYC brunch because they're generic, ridiculously overpriced, lousy mimosas & food.) The service was super nice & laid back and not at all rushed. Nice pale mimosa (as it should be) - not
Great neighborhood bar. Bartender attentive and overall good feel.
The bartender was funny and personable. The regulars are welcoming and the music was good without being overwhelming.
Although the diner is rather small the food was excellent. I had the meatloaf dish and enjoyed throughly. We were there on Sunday and there several TVs tuned to the football game which made the meal kind of have that feeling of being in your home watching the game. The drinks were very good and the
Friendly wait staff. Fresh ingredients in my fish sandwich. Best tots I've ever had.
What a lovely place to stop by for a quick drink or a home cooked style dinner! Grab a Lemon Squeeze or three and a basket of tots! The bartenders/servers are great and know how to work a crowd. The food is great. The squeezes are so good you'll find yourself on the pavement outside if you're not ca
Come have whatever burger you like HALF-PRICED every Tuesday, while enjoying playing bingo! PS: order the baked sweet potatoes
Easy going and relaxed place with good food (I went during brunch, so can only speak to the brunch menu), friendly staff and neat service.
Friendly service, the bartenders and wait staff were amazing. Food was great but the drinks were the best. Prices were very reasonable. I recommend this place to anyone.
