Toscana Cafe - Washington DC - Photo album

I just wanted to say what a great experience we had at Toscana Cafe earlier this week. We had a group of 17 and from start to finish we couldn't have asked for better treatment. The staff checked in with us the day before, we were given our choice of seating areas, the service was fantastic and th
I really enjoyed the dinner at Toscana. We made reservations for outside but it was raining so we decided to sit upstairs. The server was friendly and explained the options well. We had happy hour sangría and while strong it was still good. The pasta dishes were hot and satisfying. The place doe
We made reservations for 8. We showed up early....tour was done.... and they were ready for us!! We sat up stairs in the air conditioned area, the service was fantastic and our server, from El Salvador!!, was as cute as can be. The food was fantastic and the price was right! If you are near the unio
Be prepared to eat! We'd seen Toscana on a previous visit to Ebenezer's across the street and filed it away as a "maybe". The next time we were in the area, we looked over the menu, but were still unsure and ended up giving it a chance. We were pleasantly surprised by a friendly and attentive staff,
Near union station smaller restaurant with some decent pasta. I enjoyed the lobster ravioli in a pink sauce. Flavored well with a decent portion of raviolis. Wine and beer available as well. Restaurant was relatively quiet so you can talk to others at the table without yelling.
One of the finest Italian cafe I have visited. Sitting outside feels like sitting in Italy at a cafe. The staff is courteous and helpful. Now the food is just amazing and mouth watering delicious. The chef does a great job with each and every dish. A must go to place if you are near union station or
Delicious happy hour snacks but choose the beer over the (almost) fruitless sangria. Dinner menu is packed with great items. Servers are busy, you have to flag them down for refills or orders. not stuffy
Strollin' through DC, just finished a good meeting, and decided to treat myself to a nice dinner. Hopped on Scoutmob to see if there were any winners in the nearby area offering a good deal; and I found Toscana Cafe. It's a very small place (with the downstairs for takeout customers) and the tiny u
Great food really great service our server was kind quick and helpful. Really great gluten free options also. On our trip to DC we have encountered people and places who aren't so kid friendly but our server was nice to our son which meant a lot to us.
What began as a LivingSocial impulse buy turned into a fine dining experience. The coupon was for a "fixed menu" three course meal: two appetizers, two entrees, and two desserts, with a bottle of wine. Note: the fixed menu turned out to be whatever we wanted. We opted to sit in the upstairs area giv
I always order from their daily specials list, preferably something seafood. The salads are fresh with a nice variety of greens. The warm bread of tasty. The main course is always delicious.
So glad this came to the neighborhood! Food is authentic and well prepared. Cozy warm restaurant with great service. Delicious old world recipes all worth trying. Love it!
Great neighborhood standard. Housemade pastas and sauces are served in hearty portions. The pesto sauce over gnocci and mushroom Agnolotti are must haves.
It's very good! Especially the pasta ... It's very pricey .. That's why I only gave it 4stars.. But the taste? 5stars!! The pizza has a good price to it 😊
