We had a very enjoyable stay. They accommodated requests for more towels, kept our room clean and stocked, and we're very nice. The evening complimentary wine and snacks was nice and the breakfast was decent for continental. Downside, we couldn't use AC when we felt hot. Overall, a very nice stay.

An amazing hotel! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The lobby area was also very nice. The front desk attendants were helpful and friendly. Parking is a little chaotic but they do offer services, which were quick and easy. The location is also great. I think I've found my spot!
Would love to rate this a 5 but due to the air conditioner not working efficiently and the $14 continental breakfast I can not. They did comp our breakfast and were very understanding. The service is outstanding though. They brought extra towels immediately when I called AND they were warm! Bonus!
Great hotel, spacious rooms and nice lounge! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in directions and suggestions. They have a nice small free breakfast of pastries, coffee and juices as well as an evening cocktail hour with free wine (for 21+). I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends

Stayed for 3 nights with 2 toddlers, the front desk staff was very accommodating to our requests. Came back to the hotel on our last night in DC and noticed our AC was making weird noises. The engineer came to fix it, but after a few tries, it was determined that the rotor needed to be replaced. Br

Breakfast doesn't have many healthy options (suggestion: add boiled eggs, better quality bread, some berries and better jams).
Staff are exceptional but occasionally, a cigarette smell is felt in the lobby.
We stayed here last year for my brother’s wedding and everyone of us enjoyed the stay immensely. Great location, clean rooms, and the staff is second to none. We honestly felt like we were at home here. Will definitely stay on our next visit and would recommend to anyone traveling to DC.

The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is OK if you're good with carbs. I heard the rooms on the 9th floor were very hot. AC apparently not working. I was on a lower floor and that was great. My room was a good size and very quiet. I would definitely go back. Fairly close to metro, etc.
