Everything we ate and drank was delicious. I highly recommend the Nublado shooter, it has house-made jalapeno-ginger beer and black strap rum in it. Also the scallops ceviche is a must have paired with the Isabella cocktail. Thank you for an awesome dinner, we will be back!

I met a few friends at El Camino for a New Year’s Eve party. The staff and management were awesome along with a nice selection of beer. The night’s entertainment was an incredible DJ. Flat out, the best New Years Eve I’ve had in a while! Will definitely visit again and highly recommend!

This place is so tasty! We have been twice. Love the drinks... and the tacos are the best in the DC area. I crave the gauc and chips now! Fun decor and great place to meet up with people!

Very unique, great culture, great food and adult beverages!! Shout out to the bartender that served us!! Bomb ass leggings & drink skills! Wish you had more vegan options but everything else makes up for this!!

I have to say I'm biased but growing up and living in Austin and Oklahoma and Colorado I have had a chance to try real deal south of the border food and this place hit it right. Love the ambiance.

I have been here many times recently and I have always been impressed and satisfied. The food is top notch and always at the high standard. The best part is that the prices are reasonable so for two people you it wont go over $100.

The tacos were pretty good for the DC area. Service was great. Very relaxed staff, not too busy. Didn't feel rushed or ignored. I wish the tacos didn't fall apart so quickly, but the flavor was still good.

Just reopened under new ownership. I ate amazing carne asada and their margaritas are made with fresh ingredients. Fresh veggies, rice & beans too. Still have some website issues to resolve but this place is back and better than ever!

Food was delicious. We had a pitcher of margaritas, spicy guacamole, chicken flautas, and steak fajitas. Everything was excellent! The steak was super tender, guac was nice and fresh. Will be back!

This spot rules! Where else do you run out of chips before you run out if guacamole?? 🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑 Also, the staff is friendly, the patio is spacious, and the food fresh.

The rice was a lil bland but everything else was SUPER flavourful and had amazing texture. A good amount of food for the cost :) and servers were all super nice

New Owners! New menu! Made to order guacamole. Fresh ceviche and perfect chicken flautas. Bartenters Angel and William are very personable and skilled. The special seafood soup is out of this world! It should be a staple on the menu......phenomenal!

By far best Mexican food-- taste and value-- in DC. No gimmicky chain-like decor to boot.

We live in the area and for some reason slept on this joint until today. Very attentive and fast service and food came out in a timely manner. Guac was nice and fresh. The steak in my steak quesadilla was really well seasoned and cooked. My husband said the mole on his mole enchilada was better than the mole at Oyamel. We ordered a margarita pitcher ($33! Not bad for DC) and left happily buzzed after lunch.

Beautiful restaurant, great vibes. Beans and rice were a solid 7.5/10. But the meat was so good I could be convinced they have a tiny farm in the back where all the animals are all grass fed and raised with love.

I live nearby and love this place. I think I’ve brought everyone who’s ever visited me here at least once. The food is pretty good, like not gourmet but satisfying and reasonably priced for the area. They have good drinks: I always get a mojito (in a pitcher if with a group) and/or sangria. The biggest draws though are that the ambience is welcoming, and the service is consistently fast and attentive.

I'd give El Camino six stars if I could. We live right around the corner and this place is a staple. Staff is incredibly kind, food is always amazing (recommend a chimichanga and a frozen margarita), and service is quick. LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!

I loved this place! Authentic food with very nice servers, like Jacki. Complementary tortilla chips and salsa served before the meal. Not many options for their Jarrito drinks. Excellent quesadillas and tres leches.

Best Mexican food in DC. It's flavorful, good quality ingredients, good portion sizes, unique menu items, well cooked, and pretty inexpensive compared to other places in DC. It's in a nice little neighborhood, the outdoor seating can be ruined by the tons of ambulances driving by, but that is the only negative thing I have to say. The drinks taste good, are made with fresh ingredients, and are not watered down.
